Everyone at Cool Heat KC is wonderful to work with. Whenever I call my concern is addressed promptly and professionally. I really like that they text when they are on the way; if I need to reschedule for any reason they are courteous and responsive. Can’t say enough good things about this company and the entire staff

They were great to work with. They were thorough from start to finish, prompt, no surprises, gave options, addressed my concerns, and work was done efficiently. I got quotes from several companies and they were by far the best in every aspect. It had snowed a great deal the day before the installation. They kept my floors and all areas clean, even insisted on wiping down the floor completely when they were done. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Zach came out for my annual A/C maintenance. He was prompt, polite, and knowledgeable as I had a few questions about my system. He took the time to answer my questions. I would recommend asking for him.

Just finished last week the installation of 2 Mitsubishi heat pump compressors combined with 5 air handlers, including both ducted and ductless in 5 zones. From our perspective, this was a relatively big job, with some interesting complexities in our 1967 era 3-level home previously heated by 2 propane furnaces. Starting a year ago, we had sought bids from local Mitsubishi contractors who previously had done work for us or for neighbors. Both of them initially expressed interest in our project, and then ghosted us. We ultimately found CoolHeatKC online and were most impressed by reviews indicating responsiveness, along with their Diamond level Mitsubishi credentials. We concur with those other 5-star reviews. Rick, Christine, and Shawn each responded promptly and professionally to all communications regarding plans, estimates, bids, scheduling, installation, payment, and one follow up visit today to reprogram a KumoCloud module and thermostat. Bo and Zach were not just easy to work with on the 4-day install, but were also easy-going and good-natured despite inevitable challenges encountered in an older home retrofit. They went the extra mile to run copper and electrical lines in ways least obstructive even in an attic storage area. They did so again in regard to aesthetics when running exterior lines and in the placement of compressors. Bo and Zach even volunteered to help me move in place a heavy new hybrid hot water heater for which I was doing a self-installation during the HVAC install. We anticipate using CoolHeatKC for future HVAC upgrades in other family properties, and will be recommending them to friends and neighbors.
Zach is a great technician. He is very thorough in his tune-ups and is a great guy. Highly recommend Cool Heat KC!

I’m disabled and couldn’t climb into my attic to fix the rotted duct work, this company came out the next day and replaced all of it at a very affordable price. I will definitely use them again
Temperature in my home was dropping with the weather outside and as much as I tried to figure it out I didn't know what to do. Reached out to Rick and he professionally walked me through my system, he advise how it worked, and that I was not using the heat pump with aux furnace correctly. I know this was me not being familiar with my system in a new home, but without his guidance it was going to be a long cold winter!!!! Thank you Rick for taking the time to listen and help!
Amazing service! Sunday afternoon with no heat and the technician went way out of his way to make sure we were all set until a permanent repair could be done on Monday!
