They were responsive to my questions and gave me several options to choose from at a very competitive price. All the work was done in a very professional manner and the area was clean and neat when they left. I'm very happy with the work.
I have used the Smith Service Company for many years for all my HVAC annual maintenance and also for repair and replacement. The company provides great service, repairs when possible and understands my needs and budget when I have needed to replace. Shawn is honest and his team is reliable, on time and professional. They also have some innovative solutions that they offer, but never push. Truly it is one of the best service companies I have used in my home.

I didn’t end up using them, but the kind person that I spoke with, was friendly & patiently listened to me explain my situation. She answered all of my questions. She had honest input, and didn’t insist on scheduling just to schedule.
Technicians were on time, amiable, and efficient. All checked out OK, but last year they found and corrected dangerous conditions of our furnace. We are thoroughly pleased and planning to continue having them to our home.

Smith Service has quality, professional techs. They are very thorough, and take great pride in their work. I have a degree in Heating and A/C design and construction, and did this type work in the past, so I know quality workmanship when I see it. I use them for all my maintenance service.
I have American Home Shield and they did not have a vendor in their network. They provided an outside dispatch number. I quickly learned that no one wants to work with a home warranty company. But I found Smith Service Company. It’s the middle of winter and I had been without heat since 11/2/2021. This company was willing to work with me directly, with one agreement. They would call the home warranty company with the diagnosis. I would pay them directly and wait for the reimbursement from home warranty company. I am so grateful for Smith Service Company! They were very professional, friendly and willing to accommodate my needs to get heat restored in my home. I am happy to report, I have heat! The run around I got from the home warranty people helped me to understand why nobody wants to work with them. Thank you so much Christina, Luis and Smith Company! Happy Holidays!
The young man who provided service at my house this past time was very responsive, responsible, professional, honest, trustworthy and caring. I have called for servicing the past two years and the same person has come each time and has given the same attentive service. My husband has always been the one who took care of this type of stuff. He recently passed and I knew nothing about the maintenance side of AC/Heating units. The serviceman who came has been so patient and detailed in the answers to my questions and he’s been very thorough in his work. He’s also very easy to understand (didn’t talk tech lingo that I couldn’t/wouldn’t have understood.) He provided awesome service and I hope he continues to be the one who comes each time I need to have my ac/heating serviced. I feel I can trust what he advises.

Had to have heater serviced. Tech was very knowledgeable and shared the information so that I could understand it. He had to leave to get then but was able get the parts needed and install all within the same afternoon.
These guys did a great job and are very helpful answering our questions after the work is done. I give them an A+

I called Smith Service Co. for furnace maintenance and spoke to Christina, who was very cheerful and helpful. Luis performed the furnace maintenance and was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He spent time answering all of our questions and also provided us with additional information on our vents and furnace upkeep. The entire experience with Smith Service Co. was pleasant and professional and I highly recommend them.
