Furnace went out in -15F weather. Called 2 other places. They said they would get to me when they could. Citywide said they would be at my house in 2 hours. Came in 1 hour. Fixed the furnace and out the door in 30 mins. Would call again.

My air conditioner condenser stopped working on a 90+ degree summer day. They returned my call immediately when they opened, had someone out within 2 hours, and had it fixed within 30 minutes. Received good information to help ensure I get as many years as I can out of my older HVAC system. Everyone I spoke to was polite and professional. I will be calling them again in the future if I have anymore HVAC needs!

First they install a new system that fails after 2 years. They come out and determine the pipes were installed wrong - and yet they charge me to fix the system they installed! Now, the system is leaking (as it does every couple of months - great system they sold us). I've been on their waiting list for 3 days now. I told them no later than 2pm because of another appointment and go figure - they call at 1:30 to see if they can come. What a joke! Go with ANYONE else - save yourselves.

Excellent service. After 22 years it was time for me to get a new system. Hunter and Mark were fabulous. Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and were very professional. Highly recommend if you need a new AC and furnace install to go with citywide and ask for Hunter and Mark to install it.

The tech they sent over didn't explain that he didn't know what he was doing.

I called for a/c service which was not working during an extremely hot stretch of days. They were able to get me in and sent a tech out who was dialed in to the problem and was able to present options and prices to repair within about 10 minutes. He called for the parts and had the system up and running within an hour. Excellent work from their tech (Zach), and great coordination with the office on the appointment scheduling. Thanks.

They seem like a decent company to be employed by or a customer of. I can only give an opinion from an applicants point of view. Staff for the most part is friendly. I would say the official receptionist/ lady who answers the phone seems a bit much. Not a bad experience with this company or people involved in it's operations.

Our A/C failed 2 weeks ago, (the hottest days of the year, so far), they had a Service Tech here the next day. He did some repairs. He let us know that our system was 21 years old and he "hoped" this would limp us through, so we asked for a quote and install date for a new system. WE got a competitive quote and an installation date. Unfortunately, the fix didn't last. When I reached out to City Wide they quickly moved up our installation date, to minimize our time without AC. City Wide was very helpful and responsive, they showed up when they said they would and completed the job in a timely manner. Everyone we talked to or worked with were amazing! Very helpful, very friendly and knowledgeable! Thank you City Wide!

Our furnace stopped working on a freezing day. Citywide responded quickly and we had heat soon after. The Technician was very professional, polite, skilled and explained what the problem was and how he intended to fix it. He also gave our furnace a complete checkup. The bill I got later was very reasonable. Excellent service, I highly recommend.

Purchased a brand new home with a brand new AC unit. The AC was used for one and a half year (one summer). The compressor broke down and it was determined that it was defective. The entire issue should’ve been covered by the warranty, but they refused to admit that they’ve installed a defective unit and ended up charging me for the entire service minus the new compressor. Every other AC company that I’ve talked had me advised that this type of an issue is highly unusual for a brand new unit, and that they would not have charge me extra to repair it, or replace the part. But, I was stuck with them because of the replacement part. Don’t trust them. They use defective AC units and don’t stand behind their work and products.

Paid approx $900 to have gas lines replaced. At the time was overcharged on invoice and had to call in to have invoice reduced. Developed gas leak after 2 years. Company won't fix for free.
