Holt plumbing has amazing staff! In the office is Emily who is professional friendly and sends someone out asap. Our favorite tech is Nick he is very knowledgeable and makes sure we understand everything. Holt has staff that can fix plumbing problems as well as furnace maintenance. We have tried several companies and found Holt is the best!
We had a new full HVAC system installed in December. They returned in May to fine tune the AC system as it couldn't be done in December. The technician worked on it for 2 days and discovered that the evap coil that sits above the furnace had a manufacturing defect. The next day a technician came out and replaced the evap coil. No charge. The system was tuned up and we are ready for summer. Rob and another fellow were our techs. Thanks, Holt!
Don't use these people. They "fixed" a drain for us in 2019 and it still leaked a week later. They came back to fix it because it wasn't tightened enough. Now it's leaking again, after we fixed the drywall. They also "fixed" a shower valve during the same visit. That also started leaking within a year but wasn't under warranty. The total cost for all of this was $731.32. I'll be calling another company now to fix the shower drain for a third time. Please don't use this company. Their prices and warranties are outrageous. A better alternative I've found is Herr plumbing. They are less expensive and their work is much higher quality.
J.D. installed an outside water spigot. I called at noon and he was at the house before 2:00. Very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend Holt for any plumbing, heating, and cooling needs.
Very satisfied with my technician. He came in explained what he was going to do. He then explained that I had a faulty part that needed replaced. Enjoyed having him here to get the job done.
Holt is always excellent to deal with. We’re long time customers and needed a sump pump replacement in a pinch and they delivered. Dave was gracious and professional and very efficient with the replacement.

Needed a new water pipe and Holt was in our house the same day. You can always count on Holt for quality work and providing peace of mind.
Where to start. We switched from a gas water heater that was 30 years old (1993) to an electric one. I purchased my own water heater from Menards that was $600 with delivery. I then carried it downstairs and placed it in the same room as the old one, unboxed and ready to go. We were charged $1600 for them to Uninstall the old one and put in the new one. This consisted of capping off the gas line, sitting while the old one drained, hauling off the old one, and hooking up the new one, water only. Endersen charged me an additional $500 to wire the box 12 inches from the new one. At the end of the day, this project cost $2700...a complete robbery. Not only did we get ripped off, but they didn't discount for me prepping the new one for them, AND I got CHARGED $500 by them as a penalty for buying my own water heater! So 500 of the 1600 Holt specific bill was for buying my own water heater, and the rest was for the labor while they sat and drained the tank. Never again with them!
