This company is a joke My 80 year old mother bought a new central air unit last September and has nothing but problems with it So the after numerous calls dealing with the rudest most mean woman that answers the phone The owner came out looked at it and left a mock thermostat and said he’s be back Well 9 months later never showed and still having problems so he came out again Now this central air should be still under warranty Said I needed to get a attic fan and we have never had anything like this problem Then had the nerve to send me a bill for 100 dollars !!!!! I mean for real Never call this place and I still have a air not working
They don’t even deserve a star. This is year #2 since I’ve owned my home- it is a 5 year old furnace. Number of times I’ve called them- 3- over 2 years. They have charged me for 3 service calls and have supposedly changed out 2 different parts to fix the problem and low and behold- we are in a new season and the furnace is doing the same thing again! Absolutely shady, horrible business and I feel so taken advantage of, I’m reporting them to the BBB because I suspect that they didn’t even change the parts they said they did. And the lady who runs the office is extremely rude and unprofessional.
Dave knows what he’s doing and he always comes right out and fixes the issue right away. Never had any problems. Highly recommend!

I've used Peterson's for years, they always answer the phone when I call, regardless of the hour. Called this morning due to my air conditioner not pushing cold. They were out within 3 hours and fixed it on what's going to be one of the hottest days of the month. The price was extremely reasonable and the service was great!
Dave and Jason do such an outstanding job, they are efficient and accurate in taking care of your air conditioning and heating repairs. And when new installations are needed they are PERFECT!!!
Very disappointed with service from Peterson. They came out to fix our furnace. The part was expensive and the service was too. Total bill was over $450. a few weeks later, we noticed a funny smell in the basement like gas. It was late, so I evacuated the family and called MidAmerican and they came out and closed a small gas leak, but noted it was caused by recent work done on the furnace. It was within the 30 day warranty that Peterson's offers, but when I called to complain and ask for reduction of price for the work (not the part), I was told it was 20 days old and that I should've called Peterson's to fix it! I gladly paid them for the part, but not the labor because of their 30 day warranty. They DID NOT honor their 30 day warranty! They threatened to turn me in to collections! The owner refused to call me and discuss it, claiming he is a serviceman not a book keeper. We won't do business here again!

When the tech left both air and heat were running at same time then they charged me to fix it
Very rude, unprofessional and they'll rip you off.
I've used this company since I bought my home 5 years ago. No problems with my system or them. That changed when I finally had a problem with my system. Albeit the problem was my fault, they still chose to reward my loyalty with disregard and rudeness. Serviceman showed at 8 to say he couldn't do anything and he'd be back after noon. I called closer to 1 and was told it wouldn't be until after 3. They called back at 430pm to say they wouldn't come until after it turned to overtime. When I complained I was told to "use my little facebook" for complaints. They BBB rating is a D- and all Google reviews are 1 star. Avoid them if you can because they have zero regard for customer loyalty.
I received a text message informing me that my appointment had been cancelled and the soonest would be in a month after waiting 3 weeks for my appointment to be cancelled via text message because something else came up. Completely unprofessional upon contacting them. I would never recommend a company that is that disrespectful to a customer's time.
Don't ever use them!! Seriously, they are the worse. They CHARGE you for an estimate. The guy acted like there was duct work in my bedroom for an air vent. Guess what? There wasn't! All I have now is a hole in my wall and a mess.
