We have used Steve's for many years for our residential heating and AC and will not consider going with others. The techs are top notch, knowledgeable, work hard, and clean up after themselves. The price is always fair and I know this because I have gotten competing bids before. Last fall they installed a new high efficiency Amana furnace and AC. The furnace worked perfect all winter and was more quiet and efficient than the last one. Can't wait to try out the new central air this summer. Thanks Steve's. Keep up the good work.
Steve's has done the HVAC work for my house and my parent's house for years and has always been prompt, professional, reasonable, and completely trustworthy. I've never had reason to not believe what I've been told about what's been needed. They work even harder when it's the worst time of year. Steve himself repaired my AC unit, after hours, on one of the hottest days of the year. I recommend Steve's Heating Air Conditioning & Electrical to anyone and everyone.
Loaned us space heaters when our furnace died... Got us a new furnace within a week during these busy, crazy times of shortages
Serviceman was very friendly. He had the parts I needed on his truck. My furnace was fixed in less than one hour.
This is the best HVAC company around the Cedar Rapids area. We were needing a furnace gas valve replaced during one of the coldest weeks of the winter. The receptionist was very nice and helpful and worked with us over the phone and the technician that came out was very kind, informative, and professional. We had gotten a very overpriced estimate from a different company that performed the diagnosis for us. Steve`s was able to do the same thing at a much more reasonable price. They were able to come out in the same day and they were in and out within an hour. We will definitely be using this company for any future HVAC needs and recommending them to our friends and family. 👍🏻👍🏻
An honest company with great service.
I’m upset I didn’t get the name of the service guy, but this was absolutely the most professional and timely service I’ve ever experienced. I had a different company out last summer to fix my ac unit and they overcharged me and left me with the same broken unit. Then, the guy from Steve’s came out and within 10 minutes I knew this guy was professional and I felt comfortable in his answers. He wasn’t out to overcharge or make the company more money, he talked me through everything and verified solutions before acting. I’ve never been so happy to spend money before. He fixed what I was told a 3-5 thousand dollar problem within 2 hours at a total cost of $285. I’m upset I didn’t get his name, because he definitely deserves a raise. Thrilled to continue on going service with this company. I hope his boss or the owner sees this and knows they’re my go to company now, specifically because of him.
