The guys were efficient and friendly
They showed up pretty much when they said they’d be and he was very polite, helpful, and funny. He showed me what was wrong and explained all the things that could be cause my A/C unit to be freezing over and not blowing, and he did everything quick and effective it was an overall good experience and I would use them again.
Veneicher's notification system let me know when the tech was on his way so I could be ready. The tech was able to diagnose and repair my A/C all in the same day. The technician was professional and friendly, and explained the issues he found and what parts I needed and how much they were.
My AC went out. I decided to replace it the furnace and my waterheater as all were well aged. I called around got about 4 quotes. These guys were well priced with good brands. Quote was pretty spot on. I asked them to come out in a rush to give me the quote and they accommodated me. They gave me there suggestions and i wqs able to tell them what i wanted for sizing etc. They ordered the parts and put it in over 2 says after that. The guys who came out were friendly. They didn't mess around and got the job done timely and took care to not make a mess. Put down cloth etc. I felt like they wanted my business and didn't jerk me around like some of the other places I called. I would use these guys again and I will reccamend them to anyone asking. - Aaron Rickey
