They have always showed up in a timely manner. Always friendly, makes sure everything is operating properly before they leave. My system is over ten years old and sometimes it just needs cleaned out better than I can do living on gravel. This year a part went out caused by an electrical surge. They found the issue quickly and replaced it. I Highly recommend their services!
The guys were great. This is the second system we have had them install in 25 years. They did a great job. Highly recommended.

I was recommended to this business from a co-worker that had a furnace installed. Great price and service, super nice guys. One year later thermostat went out (defective from manufacturer) they replaced at no charge, Am extremely happy.
The technicians were knowledgeable when they came over to give me a quote on replacing ductwork, but the company response when trying to setup a time to do the work was abysmal. I called many times over September 2020 and the receptionist always told me she would "talk to the guys" and let me know. The only time I got a call back was when I left a message on her voice mail. On my last call, when pressed she finally informed me they were just so busy installing new units that they couldn't work me in yet. I understand the emergency nature of AC work, but the repairs I need would have the furnace out for a week and winter is fast approaching. I can't speak to their work quality, but their scheduling was completely unprofessional. When confronted about it the receptionist was very defensive and tried to blame me. In my experience, if you can't or don't want to take on a job, you simply tell the customer that. The proper response would be to apologize and offer a suggestion of another shop that could do the work. I cannot recommend using their service for the above reasons.
John and the guys did great work! They did a professional installation and was quick. They were honest and explained everything clearly. They showed that they cared about the customer. Would highly recommend!

Great experience and highly recommend! We bought a new house that needed the furnace replaced and had trouble hearing back from a different contractor. A friend suggested we call Sandegren's because they were highly satisfied with their service. They came out right away and gave us a free estimate. Very friendly and professional! We also were having issues with our furnace at our current home and they came over and fixed the issue at no charge! They completed the job earlier than expected and we love the fact that they have a lifetime warranty and will come fix the furnace for free if any issues arise in the future. Highly reccomend Sandegren's!
Called to have my HVAC repaired and received answering machine. No one called back all day. Next day I called again and nice lady explain why no one called. Ok, she then set me up with an appointment for the next day in the am. She said someone would call. No one called or came out. I called them early afternoon. She said she would have someone call me. No one called. Finally just canceled my service call and called another. Save yourself time and call someone else.

These guys came at 6pm after my crappiest week a mom and dad could bare.. we lost our baby and came home to our heat not working he came in 10 min from calling him. Amazing people I cant thank you enough ❤❤❤
John came over to give me an estimate for a new AC and furnace repair. He looked the furnace over and found it had a crack in the heat exchanger. He showed it to me and explained the safety issue. John was very personable and provided a reasonable estimate. Both items were replaced. John and his team were very respectful, courteous, on time and caring. They cleaned up after the installation. I am very pleased with the looks of the job done along with the AC and Furnace units. I researched the brand he sells and feel they are of good quality.

Sandegren's are the best by far of any other in our area. That creates the only problem in that they are hard to reach.
