Our furnace quit on the coldest day of the winter. Thelander's Alex Tank came out right away and assessed the situation. Unfortunately our furnace is a bit outdated and the parts were not in stock. He searched his suppliers and found the parts in Chicago and got them on the way, but unfortunately they were 3 days out. Alex went back to the shop and got us several heaters so our family would stay warm and our water wouldn't freeze. I'm Very satisfied and grateful for the service we received from Alex Tank and Thelander heating & cooling.
