The guys did a fantastic job installing our new AC, furnace, and water heater. They even took care of a wasp nest we had. Very thankful for the above and beyond service.

My AC went out. I called in and spoke with a super nice, down to earth lady. I was put on a list and was contacted the next night. I work from home and can't always keep a good eye on the door so the tracker was very helpful. Kyle was very kind, got the job done quick, and also educated me on my new house.
I have used Shaal for a few years mostly for my heating and cooling but this time I needed some electrical work done. They showed up right on time and were able to quickly diagnose and fix my problem and were on their way in very little time. I will call them again should I ever need electrical work done.
Matt was very friendly, knowledgeable and offered good advice. He left his card and told me to call with any questions which I really appreciate. I’m not happy about the fact I just put in a new furnace and a/c less than three years ago and now having to pay for service to install a new thermostat but Matt was very professional.

Cody F was wonderful this morning! He clearly explained his inspection report to us and answered all our questions. And didn't push when we declined an additional service at this time. He was excellent!
Showed up on short notice, during a heat wave to fix our AC at reasonable price. Tech was very professional, honest, and knowledgeable. We also learned a lot about our HVAC system which added to the value of the service. We would definitely hire them again.

Fantastic team. Everyone is super polite and they work with and for you. They squeezed me in during a hot week and replaced my whole system with prompt response times! My doggo said I had to give the 5 stars!
Some of the most professional people I have ever had working on my home. They completed a 2-day job in about 6 hours. They were knowledgeable and polite, and kept the work area clean the entire time they were at the house. They constantly informed me of where they were in the process and immediately let me know about the few issues they found with my 2-furnace/2-AC installation. They were able to call in additional resources to resolve the issues they found almost immediately. They made sure everything was working and that my thermostats were connected to my home network and my phone before they left the house. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future and will 100% recommend them to anyone seeking a reference for furnace/AC work. I’m not a person that typically writes reviews, but I feel like it would be a disservice to these guys to not express how impressed I am with their work.
They arrived when they said they would to check out my house generator. They narrowed the problem down to the governor and mad a small adjustment. They showed me how to adjust it myself. We left it that if the generator continues to give the same fault code the governor will be replaced. I am satisfied with that out come. I have good results with getting appointments and the service truck showing up when scheduled.
Nate Millizer is very friendly. He is professional and efficient. He keeps you informed on what he is doing and what needs to be done. His work was excellent. If you are looking for these qualities, Nate is your man!
Everyone has a passion for what they do and it really shows. They are very professional and made sure all our questions were answered. They were very responsive when we emailed or texted with questions. Everyone, from the Tech, Sam, to the estimate guy, Matt, to the Techs who installed our units Jacob and Gage were knowledgeable, respectful and professional.
Our building was having an issue where the upper lobby area wasn't cooling properly. Had several other contractors come out, assess the area, and propose solutions in the $20K+ range. Travis came out and quickly identified a leak in the system. After adding freon and charging the system, the issue was resolved, saving our company thousands of dollars. Will certainly use them for our business - and our personal home - again.
