Precision Air Heating and Cooling installed our furnace about 12 years ago when we moved into our house. Recently, the air conditioner was done. I called Bob in the evening and he was here with bells at 9:15 the next morning. He was able to assess our needs and emailed me a quote before he left. After two additional quotes, Precision was by far the best quote. I signed up online for their financing through Wells Fargo and my air conditioner was installed the first thing Monday morning. So from start to finish, 3 business days with 24 months 0% interest. Ben the technician was very professional and polite. He was so sweet to my very nosey four year old. Called around and got quotes from a few different companies to replace our 40+ year old HVAC system. Not only did precision air give us some of the most fair prices, but they were also the most responsive. Eric, the sales manager, helped guide us through the process of which system to go with and Ben, the installer, did a tremendous job putting in our new system. He was timely, efficient, professional, and cleanly during the whole installation process. We could not recommend Precision Air enough to those with HVAC needs!
Precision Air did a great job installing my AC and heating units. They were very courteous and professonal. They did the job in a timely manner. I would deffinately recommed them. After the instalation they showed me how to operate everything.
The carbon monoxide detector went off. It was determined I needed a new furnace. Precision Air was able to install a new unit the same day. Everyone I dealt with was very professional, personable and tidy. I have used their service a couple other times with the same experience. Highly recommend!
I had a routine maintenance done Friday morning which led to me needing a new furnace. I decided to go ahead and replace my air cooling unit also. They were both installed by Monday early afternoon. Their salesperson and installers were very informative and polite. Precision Air will always be my 'go to' professionals.

From initial contact to the install of our geothermal system everyone from Precision did an outstanding job, from initial bid to install everyone answered any questions that I had. Great company to work with.
In the hottest stretch of weather we had in Eldridge, Iowa, our AC/Furnace decided to crash on an evening when the late nite temp in our home was 84 degrees. We had company coming the following day. We placed a call to Precision Air - talked to Eric Long and from there - the next 36 hrs. were amazing! The team of Josh Townsend, Stan Young, James Graves, Ben Milota, Justin Nelson went to work. Tearout - installation was flawless. The Precision Air Team had us up and running the next evening and everything was spotless. We would highly recommend Precision Air to anyone!!!!! Fantastic company to work with! We worked with Eric and he was able to get us a same week install. He explained to the "T" what we would be getting and the benefit of the system. The 2 man install team was incredible. Professionals in every since and super grateful for their team. Would recommend to anyone.
The gentleman that showed up was on time , very friendly, informed me what needed to be fixed, did the repair quickly and was done in an hour.... everything works great!
I called a few places to get estimates for a new geothermal system and this is the only place that gave me an estimate on the spot! That is major after hearing so many say they would give me a quote by the end of the week and wound up being a week late! Everyone was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend! Our new system looks absolutely amazing and works awesome.
I really have no words for how helpful they were! We had an unfortunate geothermal emergency. The owner of the company was out at our house within 15 minutes of calling. Then, the following morning we had the greatest service technician at our house to fix the issue. He was kind, professional, and truly cared. I truly cannot say enough good about Precision Air after our experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
We have Geothermal. Had issues starting in April- possible low Freon. Since then we have had Precion back 3 more times to basically put a bandaid on !! Then we had to call online service guy on a Sunday- Justin came out and right away was able to figure out where the leak was!!! So all together we spent almost $1,500 for something that should of only cost $300!!! Not happy! I asked to speak to Owner or manager and never received a phone call back! If it wasn’t for Justin we would if called another company!
