Had our air repaired today by Service One. Carmen, in the Dubuque office, was so helpful. She's a huge asset to this business. She was polite, professional and kind. She went way above and beyond to get the repair coordinated and get us comfortable. I can't thank her enough!!

I requested a service call for a leaking shower dial. Service One sent Mr. Noah Mozena out the next day. Noah was prompt and courteous. He gave me an honest assessment of the needed repairs. There were a few challenges, as I live in a 50 year old mobile home. Noah capped off the shower and made it possible for me to have running water in the rest of my home. 2 days later, he had the necessary parts and came again. With professionalism, he completed the repair in about one hour. Thank you, Service One, for sending Noah. I cannot thank you enough for the invaluable service he provided.

This was hands down the best service I've ever experienced. Not only did he show up early, after confirming with me that it was okay, he was quick and informative and easy to talk to about what was going on. Bonus, he even asked if he could use the hose to clean up outside. I will never call anyone other than service one!

Came from black hills for a furnace repair and showed up 2 hours after the 5 hour window given. Wouldve been nice to of been notified about coming late since I had to miss work for it.

Pretty good company! They went as fast as they could given the shortages happening in the country right now. Steve is very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They offer many different ways, including in house financing to pay for it. The units work really nicely and work AMAZINGLY. We even get a 10 year warranty with the items. Glad we went with them.

I am super impressed by the service and the way ServiceOne does business. It took a little time to get ahold of someone to get a quote. But once they got back to me, they sent a guy out the same day, and 2 hours later they got me a quote. The pricing was very fair, I had been quoted almost double from another local contractor. 2 days later the install was done and they charged exactly what they quoted me. Couldn't be happier with the plumbing, gas and vent work for this tankless water heater either
