Sam and the office staff are fantastic! I needed a letter stating that I did not have Orangeburg pipe and even though it was very late in the day they sent my letter that evening! Thank you Triton!
I highly recommend Triton Plumbing. They went beyond efforts to make sure our plumbing issue (sewer backup) was solved before the schedule date. Instead of having to wait >five days<, due to scheduling…, they found a way to squeeze us in the next day. Without a doubt, this company really value their customers. I’ve known Sam for a few years, so I knew I could count on him to fix the problem. Erin is truly the ‘Jewel of the Nile’. She returned my calls and gave me hope that they might be able to find me an earlier service date, which she did. :) The only two words that come to mind are: SIMPLY OUTSTANDING!!!!
The staff at Triton are amazing they are very knowledgeable and answered all my questions Will definitely call them again for any service that I need that they provide Erin and Sam were amazing.
Triton plumbing is absolutely fantastic! I have a home built in 58' that has never had major updates done and needless to say it is time. I have a warranty through American Water (well worth the 15$ a month) that I called to get some issues addressed. They set me up with Triton which initially I was impartial who came out. Right off the rip Erin was awesome to work with over the phone. Punctual on the initial call, forth coming in times and availability. Told me the process and what to expect. She is amazing to work with and fights for you to deal with American Water on coverage which I reassure is a headache I don't need. They replaced my toilet, basement faucet and repaired my garbage disposal for my 50$ deductible. When it came time for the jobs Erin informed me that american water pays a certain amount for repairs and if I wanted nice fancy stuff I could buy and they would install. I elected to use their products at no additional charge. We're simple that way and don't need wifi toilet with Bluetooth speakers and USB chargers. The plumbers showed up with feet coverings, vacuums and all tools ready to go. They cleaned up very well after themselves! Their work and customer service was so awesome I turned around and had them run a water line to my fridge, replace two hose faucets and my 2 shut off valves I have for a very fair and upfront price. Even during the quote I don't think they realized initially they would have to cut into a wall (No, they will not patch the wall when they are done. They do the plumbing. You will need someone to patch/replace when they are done. I have contemplated a new bathroom anyway so I had them cut into that wall) to access 1 faucet and crawl in a crawl space in the other. I will undoubtedly recommend Triton to anyone. In fact there are some other items I am going to have them out to address in the very near future! Thank you Erin, Rodney, Sam and both apprentices for all your help!!!

Our tech could have been more professional by not leaving it so messy. I know it's messy job but this is what you chose as a profession.
Triton came out to install new Toliet after they left the Toliet lifted on one side called and they came back to fix. Plumber arrived didn’t have tools borrowed some from us. After he left Toliet still lifts in one side. Called the again they said they would have to charge to come out and fix it. Why would I pay them again for something they didn’t do right 2 times before. Told me it was my floor but not problem with previous fixtures. Would not recommend
Had some sewer drain backup issues and we got a service claim started so we were satisfied with the service we received from Sam and from this mornings service with his work partner Brad seemed very professional and let me know what the whole process was all about to fix the problem we had at our home. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the QC.
Had a utility sink put in that required the stack be accessed. From estimate to completion we were satisfied and will call in the future!

Great experience. Replaced shower fitting. Both plumbers were very polite. Very quick. Never felt like they were milking the clock. The lady in reception who set up the appointment was quick to pick up the phone. She quickly ascertained what we needed and set up the appointment, was able to give approximate pricing. Just overall it felt good to deal with professionals.
We have had TRITON do work for us 3 times,and have been very pleased with their work. Customer service is great, Sam is the best. Erin, you do a great job as well. Thank you! American Water Resource needs to keep TRITON as their contract company.

My first time using this company and they will be my go to moving forward. They were supposed to be here in the afternoon and called to come early in the morning to fix our issue. They were amazing and we are happy with their services. Definitely recommend! Thank you!

Service that we needed to have done they at this time have no one on staff to fix cooling or heating systems. We have always used them in the past and have had very good service. Hopefully they sign on a few repairmen to work on these systems.
Phenomenal service. Very informative. Replaced my entire water heater at my request and was seriously in and out within an hour. Couldn't be more pleased
I had a great experience with Triton. We we had a different plumbing company not show up, and we were on hold until we could get the pipe ran to the new shower we were installing. I called and Triton had a plumber out in less than an hour. Got everything done in a short time, excellent workmanship and fair price. I highly recommend anyone looking for a great plumber to give these guys a call.
