The plumbing work itself is great however there appears to be a disconnect with the dispatchers and scheduling. For two weeks in a row the dispatchers have told us that our appointment "got lost on their end" so our request has been consistently pushed back

I was having some leaks from my outside spigots when I hooked up my hoses. Nick came out and took a look. He cleaned the treads and sprayed some lubricant on them. He tested them with his tester hose and the leaks were gone. He was also kind enough to hook my hoses back up and made sure there wasn't any leaks. Well I felt like an idiot for such a simple problem but Nick reassured me it is more common than you think. So thanks Nick! Gwen
The owner was friendly enough but the problem was never really fixed and my plumbing was still draining very slowly. It almost sounded like an inconvenience for him to come out so I didn’t want to call him back and instead went with someone else. The problem just sounded bigger than what he was able to fix and he still charged a big amount for it not to be fixed.
Tony was prompt and did an excellent job checking our backflow meter as well as installing a new thermostat. Great job as usual. Very nice and professional.
Shane did a great job. He was quick to troubleshoot the problem, provide suggestions, and completed installation/repair timely.

Tony arrived and did above and beyond and completed the job in the same evening same day that he arrived. He could’ve put it off for the holiday weekend, but he was so kind as to stay and finish up the job.
We hired Northwest to fix an issue another plumbing company couldn’t get right. They showed up on time, we’re very polite and completed the job efficiently and with care. Very satisfied and would definitely recommend. We will be using them from now on.

Kirsten did a great job installing a shut off valve on the main water line coming into the house. I wasn't completely thrilled that my $450 quote was for 1.5 hours of work that only took 30 mins to fix but my final price stayed the same. So after taxes it cost me $480 for a 30 min job.
We were having trouble turning off our gas valve behind our stove. Wes was very professional and honest about our process going forward. We will call him and your company for our future plumbing needs.
