This place is so unprofessional! I called so many times to setup service and was unable to get ahold of anyone and no one returned my calls. I have an AHS warranty and I’ve been waiting for a call since 6/9 to repair my water heater as I’m currently taking showers at a truck stop. AHS just said he marked it as I never answered my phone which is a lie!!! Just tell them if you’re too busy so I can get another contractor! Gosh! Seriously I cannot stand liars!
Posted the same review on yelp. Gonna give Lenny a 5 star for this. I have had quite the saga of plumbing issues recently. I contacted AHS, they put me in contact with lenny. He diagnosed the issue quickly, clean out needed to be made accessible so he could clear the clog, he installed a new cleanout no issue. He explained all the issues in depth to me. He attempted to clear the clog twice, first time was successful, second time knocked a block a gunk loose that prevented the pipes from draining for a day. Didnt charge me for the second attempt, turns out it needed to be jetted, put me in contact with some nice folks who could have it jetted and they charged me low. They did that, and he gave me a camera inspection for free afterwards. Good guy. Only small tiny gripe is that in terms of arrival times he can be a bit flaky sometimes heh. But I'm satisfied with the work he did. And he did a good job. So i'm happy to give him this 5 star review. Dude could have charged me for the camera inspection and chose not to. He is a man of good character.

Lenny saved the day! After 3 days trying to reconnect our new sink to our drain system and being told by other companies that we would have to wait for 2 weeks because it wasn’t emergency plumbing, Lenny came and knew exactly what needed to be done. He didn’t have time that day to install the new system but saw the panic on my face and came back the next day! He ran into a couple hick ups with our job but he fixed them all! He spent 6 hours on our home well past normal working hours to get our kitchen functioning again! This family is very thankful and impressed with Lenny’s service!
Called before he got to my house, very professional shared all the information I was even able to take a picture, he came and put a video camera down into the main sewer pipe for inspection, was able to explain exactly what the problem was I would hire him in a heart beat.
Lenny was professional, on time and incredibly reasonably priced. I would recommend to anyone looking for a plumber.
I have used Lenny’s many times over the past few years and have always been very satisfied with their work. Their response time for work is fast, the work and clean up is always done well and they explain things very clearly when the work is complete so when they leave you feel very comfortable with the work they did. I will continue to use Lenny’s in the future.

I'm a new homeowner and I recently found I had a pipe clog issue in the basement. After some investigating I figured it was much worse, and it was... My main sewer line was clogged and water was backing up regularly in my basement. Lenny's was very quick on the response, and had a tech here within two days. The job was complicated, but Luciano and Harlan did a great job. Very professional and they even explained the process as they went for my benefit. Luciano cleaned everything up afterwards and made sure to stay while I ran the water all over the house to make sure everything was good. Would definitely work with them again!
Do not use Lenny D's! They look forever to do my mom's basement bathroom. The workers arrived late, would leave early and did shoddy work. They busted a pipe while jack hammering the concrete, blamed it on "rust" and then charged my mom to fix it. They were supposed to finish before Thanksgiving and didn't finish until months later in March. I could go on and on. Disaster!

Donovan did great work and was very professional. Happy with the end result...but I was disappointed in the FINAL PRICE of the work. :-( $80 to come out to look at the issue...fair. So, he replaced the outside spigot. The total bill was $415.16 ($27.16 tax, $60 part and $328 in labor)! It's the labor that I have an issue with... It took him 1.5 hrs to complete the work (which was great) but expensive :-(
Lenny and his crew did a great job of finding the issue and fixing my sewer line. They showed me what the problem was and got the work done within 2 days of starting the repair. I think the only thing that made the repair take more than a day was getting the inspection completed. They are prompt, courteous, and very reliable. ****Follow up, 12/20/21---the follow thru on grading my yard and reseeding has not been great. Originally scheduled back in November, and several follow up phone calls later, it isn't done. Now it seems the ground is frozen and will still have to wait. Sincerely hoping that I won't end up with a yard full of mud in the spring.
Lenny's was assigned to us through our home warranty. They called us within 24 hours to set the appointment. The day of the appointment they called and asked to come early. He showed up and looked at the leak in our pipes, said he would be right back with some parts. About half an hour later he showed back up with parts, and 20 minutes later was done! He took out an old drum trap we had and replaced it with a new P-trap. Quick work and cleaned up when he was done.

Lenny and Donovan were professional, and had excellent follow-through. Despite some confusion with insurance, Lenny and co. worked with me to obtain an affordable service. Everyone was very nice, respectful, and cleaned up after their work. 100% recommend their services. Edit: Needed to add David to this list of awesome team members too. Thanks David et al.!
They are great folks, very helpful and keeps there word, fixed my plumbing issue, wishing I would have gotten hold of them years ago
