They were able to squeeze me in their hectic schedule, and the service technician did a great job diagnosing what was wrong.
Called the business and got to speak directly to a person. Told them my issue and they advised on what to do until they arrived. They showed up the same day I called. They were professional, timely, courteous, and I am overall satisfied with the customer care I received. Highly recommend.
Cush comfort gave me a quote of 400$ to repair my ac unit and asked if I wanted to go ahead with services. I gave them permission to repair. When I received the bill it was 710$. I called and asked how this happened when I got quoted for 400$. They stated they had to add Freon. I asked why they didn’t inform me before adding it. They said “well it needed it”. My problem is when you give a quote it should be roughly the quote they priced UNLESS they call to confirm more information to get approval. I will not be using this company ever again.

Just had to get a new furnace unfortunately. Chris came out the same day I called and tried to get the old unit back online. He explained the issues in a way anyone could understand. He and his crew installed a new furnace the same week. The install looks great. Have used him in the past for a water heater and air scrubber also. He is my only call for these needs. They do great work at a fair price! Will use again- but hopefully not for a while!

Our Central AC unit decided to quit on a Sunday morning last Summer. We called Cush Comfort expecting to make an appt. for Monday but instead he told us he would be right over(on a Sunday) to diagnose the problem. He found the issue and installed our AC unit in a couple hours. We later noticed he was wearing board shorts so we asked about it jokingly...turns out, he had plans to go out on his boat that day but took our call with a smile, like the pro he is. Kudos Cush Comfort! You saved us!
