Brennan was great. Came out less than 2 hours to fix my AC unit. Extremely professional and worked very fast. Also gave great advice on AC upkeep I didn’t know about. Thank you!

I wasn't here when Eric got here but he texted me that he was on his way. My son was here to let him in. When I left my house this morning it was 89° in here. When I returned it was 71°. I'm so thankful for the quick response and repair. Thank you Eric. 😊
On time sales, professional install. They did what they promised.Installed a new furnace and air conditioner. Couldn’t be happier. Definitely would recommend this company!
Our AC stopped working after hours and Kelly was great at getting someone to our house right away! He was kind and got everything working right away. We were very pleased and will definitely be using them again.
Brennon was friendly, efficient and informative. He was able to complete the work quickly and provided information about how their maintenance program works. Brennon also explained what the problem with our air conditioner was and what needed to be done to fix the problem, which I appreciate. I will definitely recommend him to others and plan to use A1 Morris Heating and Air Conditioning in the future.
Barry from A1 Morris Heating & A/C was excellent in every way. Was upfront & competitive on pricing and did a phenomenal job replacing my old unit with a new Trane A/C system. Barry was on time, very personable and answered any questions that I had. His co-workers Dan, Brennon, & another gentleman were all great too. I highly recommend this business! As always best service ever for house calls. The employees all have great customer service skills and their product knowledge is awesome. Thanks for keeping us cool when needed and warm when needed would highly recommend them to everyone. Come out 2 times a year just to check on things I love that it’s called being proactive.
The service technician, Brennon, was punctual, polite and professional. I am so glad I am creating a history with A1 Morris. I will continue to call on them with my HVAC needs
A1 Morris Heating & Cooling is the best of the best in Iowa and probably Illinois too. From top down owner Barry Morris office/field, Jaime and Kelly in the office and the entire team in the field. Having replaced numerous HVAC systems of my 50+ years owning homes and being a landlord, my reach looking for quality systems, price and professionalism expanded ever wider from Cedar Rapids until I finally hit the bullseye in the Quad Cities with Barry and A1 Morris! They are the best. My install took place in 2020 and I haven’t looked back since - these guys are so easy to work with. The process is as smooth as silk for warranty and annual cleanings… I was alerted by text and email to remind me of maintenance needed. Then when appointment day comes they alert you they’re on the way and estimated arrival time. When Eric & Quin from A1 Morris (true professionals in their field) arrived they told me what the plan was and followed through 100% and answered any questions in a very understandable way. Super job guys - see you next year. Too bad they only allow 5 stars they should have gotten 10 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👍
Called them when my AC went out. Had to call back twice to get a tech to show up. Tech (correctly) diagnosed a bad compressor, but could not give a quote and told me someone would come out to give an estimate. Charged $150. Again had to call twice to get someone to come out to give an estimate. Guy came out, looked about, said he would get back in touch. He did not in fact get in touch. At this point I decided if I had to chase them this hard pre-sale I didn't want to deal with them post-sale. Went with JL Brady instead - they did a great, professional job.
I have never had more helpful people to work with...they have provided names and numbers of local vendors for items they do not handle, are always polite, patient and caring. Their field staff are polite, friendly, efficient and extremely knowledgeable...they even clean up after themselves. I highly recommend this business for your needs .
Excellent service! Brennon was efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful. Fixed our AC and advised us on the best maintenance. I would recommend this company to a friend and if we need help in the future we will call again.

A1 is a top of the line in service Starting with Kelly in the office. She is very knowledgeable & wonderful to work with, she goes out of her way to make sure you are taken care of. Eric & Brenndon explain everything to you & get the job done. You can tell they care about their Company & their customers. They take the time to make sure they have answered any questions. They show up on time. We also recommend you get on their yearly service plan. This service has perks. You don't have to remember to call them, as Kelly is on top of the schedule & calls you as a reminder. The cost of this plan is very reasonable * we sign up every fall. Thank you A1 for all you do.
They came out to check my ac. Found a relay bad. It was the cause of the excessive noise the ac unit was making. My wife really liked that they provided a pic of the tech before he arrived. I thought they did a good job and I would recommend them
