Never showed up or called to reschedule
I was anxious about calling any HVAC company given the horror stories, but Moore’s came recommended to me for their quality and integrity. That is exactly what I received from the moment I spoke to John on the phone and it carried through when Chris came out and professionally did all his checks, fixes, and recommendations. I am relieved over how awesome the entire interaction went. They have earned their positive reputation!
Had some other company come out to my house and they said there was a bunch wrong with our A/C and charged us for doing nothing! So we called Moore’s, best thing we have ever done they came same day and took him 15 mins to fix our A/C! If you want honest and good service please don’t waste time with the other guys call Moore’s!!!
This company does great work. A few months ago we called because our water boiler wasn’t working, Pat had it fixed the same day! Now our A/C wasn’t working, Pat came and fixed what another company messed up and got our A/C working!
Friday morning, we smelled an odor of gas and had to call Black Hills. They came and tagged my furnace as hazardous! We had Burton came out and quoted THOUSANDS of dollars in repairs - basically thought I needed a new furnace. As a single mother of 3- funds can be tight I thought I was going to have to take out a loan and everything. I had a couple of good friends recommend Moore’s and I am soooooo glad I called them ! I called Friday afternoon- they said they would be at my house first thing Monday morning and that they were . Changed my gas valve, cleaned the flame sensor and checked for leaks! For waayyy less than what Burton would have ! You a guys are great and I will definitely recommend you to EVERYONE every chance I get !
They showed up fast. Very knowledgeable service technician. Affordable price for their services. Didn't up sell parts i didnt need. Their technician Pat was very polite and worked fast. Got us up and running in a half an hour. Great job will recommend to family and friends.
My furnace went down in the wee hours of the morning on the coldest day of the year so far. No one I called was available for days (including the contractors I pay $30 a month for in a service plan) -- except Moore's. Very smart, skillful man came two hours earlier than expected, diagnosed the problem in thirty seconds, maybe an hour and a half to get the part from Omaha, fixed in twenty minutes. He even gave me some fun facts about the history of my old house and why there were all these odd little things in my basement. Yeah, some sticker shock with the cost, but I'm told if you call John he'll work with you. Outstanding, and highly recommended.
Highly recommend this service. John is honest, straight forward and always willing to work with you to get your family taken care of. Great company, amazing service fast and quality assured.
First time using this service, referred by elec company I used in the past. Was disappointed receiving billing for the amount. Told by elec co was most reasonable in C.B. and very fair. Waited all day in temperature in my house being 100 plus degrees. Being on a fixed budget, the cost was definitely what I had not expected and found out most HVAC companies would have been much more reasonable, some kind of break in cost (at least a senior discount). Job took about 15 minutes to complete. The part wasn't expensive at all. The service call person was very friendly, however.

Called first thing in the morning due to AC being broke. There was someone at my door within an hour
We have built 2 houses where both contractors used Moore's Service and in both we have had issues that Moore's Service was not able to resolve. We are currently in the 2nd home and like the first home have found an HVAC contractor that has identified the problem and addressed the problem. Also, horrible response from Moore's Service. My last attempt I went to John, I believe the owner. Spoke to him twice and still have not received a call back.
Fast work fix the problem fast.

I've had them service my furnace and AC. Very reasonably priced along with super friendly. I even had them order an AC motor for me once and I decided to install it myself to save money, however the wires were different. I called them, he came down and wired it up no charge. Great service!

A positive experience from the call to schedule the work all the way through the service visit. Everyone was friendly, prompt, and professional. Service technician Pat was on time, efficient, and explained everything well. Others had told me I'd need to replace my 25-year-old furnace but Pat had it up and running in less than an hour, at a far lower fee than I had anticipated. This appears to be a very reputable company; I'm quite glad I chose them.
John at Moore’s has taken care of our whole family’s heating and air. They have done everything from complete replacement to annual maintenance. They are very dependable and professional as well as reasonable in prices. Our family will use their service as long as they are in business and recommend them very highly.
