Sears came to fix my dishwasher that had a leak error a few weeks ago. They were sent by Samsung. The repair person ran the unit and couldn’t find a leak. Told us to use the unit. Unfortunately didn’t hook up the water leak sensor on the unit and it leaked on next use throughout my basement ceiling. Samsung then couldn’t get them to come back. Avoid use.
They wouldn't even come check out the problem because they thought it was too old for them to even look at
I've been trying to get my washing machine fixed for approximately 6 weeks. Repairs are covered under my extended warranty. A tech has been here multiple times. He was knowledgeable and friendly, but was unable to fix the machine. Sears sent him a "motherboard" to replace the faulty one, but it didn't work, so he put the old one back in, and told me to hold tight until Sears sends him a replacement. That was a 4 weeks ago. This company emailed me asking me to rate them on Google, so that's what I'm doing. I've spent many hours and many hundreds of dollars (in the form of extended warranty) trying to get my washing machine fixed, to no avail. This company doesn't seem to honor the contracts they sell to their customers.
