Although they had the part my friend needed, they refused sale as they no longer service general public, you have to be a certified HVAC technician to buy parts here. Very disappointed. Looks like I will have to stop recommending people go here.

Johnstone Supply has an immense inventory of HVAC, plumbing and electrical supplies. Their knowledgeable staff knows their inventory well and can help find the right part even when you have little information to go from. I have never had to leave the store and go elsewhere to find a part, and I appreciate the personal and professional attention.
