Recent purchase furnance and air,Tim was great with options and Brian was excellent with installation.He was very polite and ask which way to go in and out,if we had pets to watch out for when opening doors,and kept us informed about what he was doing,very hard worker and answered our questions.
We were very pleased with the new furnace purchase and installation. Tim got us the best information and pricing and the installer Brian, what a great guy. Very professional, friendly, and considerate. He made sure he kept the door closed while he worked and went in and out so our pets did not get out. Fantastic experience.
Quick to respond. Very friendly service. Brian was excellent at getting installation done quickly. Explained information when needed. Will definitely be using them for maintenance. Owners and office staff are great to work with. I highly recommend them.

They are honest, reliable, trustworthy and have fantastic customer service. They are knowledgeable and are fantastic to work with. Our AC broke right as 90+ degree weather forecasted, I’m eight months pregnant and squeezed us in two days earlier than originally quoted. Service took a little over a half hour and was completed. The entire process was seem less and excellent communication.
We had issues with our Lennox ac coming up with an error code this week so searched for dealers on Lennox website and found this company. My wife called to set up an appointment and she was told to go look at the furnace and find an installers name on it and then was told to call them. Not very professional when your a Lennox dealer not just what you install. We bought the house 2 years ago and didn't have a choice who installed it but can say this company will never get any of our business.

I would highly recommend Iltnen's for any AC or heating concerns. Our furnace wasn't heating and John's diagnosis was completly different than another heating company we called out for an inspection. Saved us hundreds if not thousands of dollars by a simple part that needed to be replaced. Why would we go anywhere else for our HVAC needs? John was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. Thank you so much!!!

Got my ac going just in the nick of time. Technician was friendly and made sure I understood everything that was being done.
As a repeat customer (Ilten's installed the HVAC system when we built the house) we again went to Ilten's for a replacement/upgrade to our HVAC system. From the time that Tim gave us the quote to when Brian finished the installation .... everything was seamless. Ilten's did what they said they would for the price they quoted. Everything was professionally done. Brian did a GREAT job including cleanup! Totally satisfied and highly recommend Ilten's.

I was overly impressed with the service we received. Received quotes to replace a furnace and air conditioner and Ilten's was by far the cheapest. Our installer, Rick G., was great. He took time after the installation to tell us about our system and what we needed to do to keep it maintained and running properly.
Excellent service people are polite and willing to explain how to do it yourself next time. The scheduling team is also very nice, and helpful.
