He came the night before a holiday and was sweating his butt off to fix our A/C until 9pm. He is super professional and does quality work. Thank you for your help. 100% recommend to anyone.
Couldnt sell the part to me. Not unless they installed it. It would have cost over $250 for part and labor. The part was only $10 dollars and took 5mins to replace.
They weren't able to come out during an emergency of no heat but they were very quick to call back to let me know they'd put me on a cancellation list. I really appreciate that especially right before a holiday weekend. Too bad they couldn't come out I've heard great things about them.
They just finished putting in my new furnace did great job and can't beat their prices highly recommend this company
Great all around.
They installed our garage heater and gas line. They also did a repair on our AC unit during some hot weather. They stayed beyond hours until the job was done and we had cool air. It was much appreciated. Great work ethic. Very knowledgeable. You can tell they really care as it shows in their work, attitude and effort.
Eric with Furnace Pros was very professional even while training a new employee. Answered my questions thoroughly and was a great experience to get my HVAC recall completed!

The repair person came right on time. He explained everything that he did and made it very clear how to take care of changing my filters. He did everything quickly and efficiently.
Absolutely great experience!!! Eric installed a new furnace,A/C and water heater in a day and a half! A couple of the hottest days of the year but installed the A/C first and had it going in just a few hours. Very professional and explained everything thoroughly! Excellent service. We needed a new furnace in the middle of winter. Other companies told us there were no furnaces available. They were able to find one and install it right away. Excellent communication! We were so pleased.

My heat went out prior to 3 a.m. in this bitter cold. I called Furnace Pro and Melinda called me back. They squeezed me in to fix my furnace even though they were booked for the day. Eric showed up and quickly diagnosed the problem. He also fixed it quickly and was on his way. GREAT service, friendly, professional.....what else could you ask for?
My landlord has a contract through this company and if something goes wrong, he tells me to call them. This is the second residence they have serviced for us. The owners are so caring and they treat you like family. They are friendly and on time. You can tell they acually care about you and your family staying warm. Last year and the year before they actually brought us space heaters to stay warm because they coudlnt get us on the scedule until after the new year. They are so awesome and I would leave 10 stars if I could.
