Really disappointed. My wife and I drove an hour as we were recommended to go there. We were on the showroom for 20 minutes and no one helped us. We had a toilet and vanity picked then decided to leave as no one helped us.
Staff is very helpful and full of knowledge.

Called in trying to find a water heater part. The gentleman on the phone was a great detective in tracking it down even when the number on the part didn't match the parts listing of it and when the name for it my husband was given wasn't the right name. Not only that, they had it on hand so we could get back into hot water! 😁 It wasn't a convenient location for us being so far down on the southside, but they sell to the public and offer a wide array of plumbing parts. Grateful for a quick solution.

Everyone was extremely helpful and knew the product. The facility is very clean. The counter area is easy to navigate. It is amazing the amount of customers, home owners, plumbers and contractors the 2 Cedar Rapids locations service in one single day. Very impressive!
