We've used Cedar Valley at home and at our business for years. Have never been dissappointed. John knows his stuff and is very professional. I highly recommend this company.

I’ve used John a few times and he will be my go-to guy for hvac until he no longer wants to work. Personable, fair priced, good work, goes above and beyond.
They arrived within an hour of us placing a call about our air not working. The tech worked quickly to get it fixed. I expected a huge bill because it was July 4th but it was reasonably priced as well. We will definitely use them again (hopefully we won’t need them for a while though 😂)

The best John ever
I've been using John for years now and I can say he has always done a great job for me! He has never tried to sell me on repairs that weren't necessary and he's always gone above and beyond. He is super responsive and has always been on time even when it's short notice! Cedar Valley is definitely my go-to when is comes to HVAC and I would recommend them to anyone.

John at Cedar Valley is AMAZING! I'm shocked to see any kind of negative review on here. He's done work at a couple properties I manage and he's also been to my home to do work a few times. He's extremely friendly, fast, and affordable! He's also very good at explaining what is going on, he's not being condescending, he's being informative! I don't want someone doing work for me without telling me what's going on and what my options are and he explains everything so you know what is happening and how to prevent issues going forward. I would recommend John and Cedar Valley to anyone and everyone! Thanks for helping us out, John!!!
Our central air was really low and needed to be recharged. John came to our home today on very short notice to get our central air recharged and up and running. I highly recommend Cedar Valley Heating. John was very easy to talk to. Give them a call for your heating and air needs.
This was the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. EVER!!! The service man, John, that answers the phones, performs the service calls and apparently owns the company was incredibly rude, spoke to me as if I were a child and when I voiced my frustrations with how unprofessional he had been throughout our communications on phone and now in person he yelled at me, said he had enough phone calls that he did not need my business and walked out stating I needed to call hsa and find a new contractor. He was assigned through my HSA company to repair my ac that went out 4 days ago so I did not choose his company. Do not give this man your business!

The employee who answers the phone calls was a complete jerk. A great business must have great customer service. I would recommend using someone else.
Disregard the other review. John would never swear in front of a customer and he does good, honest work.
