I'm not the first to complain about the way your employees drive in these reviews but to drive the way the idiot in truck 336 was in the morning of 7/31 on 380 northbound makes me positive I'll never look to this company for any business. You're in a numbered company truck not a racecar.

If their service is anything like they drive their trucks then its erratic and unsafe.

I've had both commercial and residential jobs done by the Brecke crew. We have had everything from large commercial underground water lines replaced. Two simple adjustments on mini splits. This team has never let me down, and the integrity of the company has been impressive to me.

City contractor for street improvement projects. Requested quote to replace city requirements for sewer. Was given quote by estimator. Services rendered, and 8 months later receive bill from city for sewer replacement. Estimator deceived me and only quoted opposite of city requirements. Now have additional $2,547.27 owed to city. Extr Untrustworthy and make sure you get everything in writing. Don't trust what they tell you!

They had no clue which waterline was mine when the came over told me I would have to relocate my meter in my basement Completely screwed up my yard and their yard guy and water guy only fixed half of it. It was A rental house next door that caused all the issues.👎

I unfortunately had a very negative experience with Brecke in the Plumbing division. Although I had previously hired Brecke Plumbing to install 4 tubs in my 4-plex apartment and was satisfied with estimate for the work as well as the installation, when I rehired them to install 3 toilets and 3 lavatory sinks that we had purchased, along with installing quarter-turn valves for each, the plumber they sent out took over 6 hours! AND Brecke Plumbing charged me $1190 for the labor! FURTHERMORE, the plumber, after "working" for over 6 hours and after 2 trips to the plumbing supply, left me with a cracked toilet base because he installed the toilet bolts incorrectly and all 3 toilet tanks were not properly tightened and ROCKED and all 3 sinks LEAKED! When I complained that day to the Plumbing Manager, Bart Glowacki, via text, he offered no solution and further did not follow up the next day. We had to, ourselves, repair and reinstall all 3 sinks and re-bolt all 3 toilets! The next day, I detailed in an email the "work" that I witnessed by their plumber and sent photos of the leaks and cracked toilet base left by their plumber, after which I received an invoice for $1190 with a reduction of $371 due to "customer dissatisfaction" with an attached copy of an explanation of work done from the plumber While I appreciate the reduction due to my "dissatisfaction," what was not at all addressed was how do pay this amount AND live with all the work that we did to repair the mess the plumber left behind? I am so disappointed in this company's ethics that I can no longer even work with their Mechanical Division that worked so wonderfully on the boiler in my apartment building. I can no longer trust Brecke Plumbing and I will NEVER again hire a plumber without receiving a WRITTEN ESTIMATE again! I have learned my lesson - a very costly lesson!
