Scheduled duct cleaning with a service date of 05/02/2023. After spending days moving furniture, etc. to make all registers easily accessible, Americlean called and said they could not do it today because their technician was sick and could not honor the work until May 08. Cancelled them and called another company that can to the work today. Extremely disappointing for this type of business,
The person that took my call for an appointment was told that the family in the home was recovering from Covid by the time the appointment date came, Covid virus was no longer a threat. The service person to do the job refused to come in the House, he asked why mask were being worn, because Asthma is present in a immediate family member. He refused to come in the house and canceled the appointment. I called the office to clarify the health issues present & the woman on the phone became belligerent with me, saying that their “company was not slack” or something to that degree. She did not even try to reschedule the appointment. This is poor customer service, showing the nasty attitude present in this area of Cedar Rapids, Ia. I will definitely tell anyone asking not to use this particular company…ever in future references.
We were very happy with Owen, the way he handle the explaining and cleaning of the duct work. Very happy with him professionalism.
Brian’s work ethic was phenomenal. He answered any questions I had and took the time to explain things.

Brian was our service technician, and he did a great job. Explained everything and was very responsive to my questions. His experience was obvious by how quickly he worked and cleaned up afterward. I would recommend him to anyone.
Horrible experience! If I could give less than 1 star I would. Initially, the experience was good and the receptionist had scheduled us for Monday around 430pm. Advised 2 people were required because our vent was high. I was surprised because other quotes never required 2 people, but I was okay with it because of the reviews. About an hour before the scheduled time, I received a call that they could not make it that day because they are behind. I Understand, schedule me for the next day. "Oh, we are booked until later in the week"? What? You had me for Monday but people scheduled later in the week get priority over me ? Not acceptable. Went with another local company and they scheduled me the next day and only required 1 person. AmeriClean. You need to do better!
Brian did a great job cleaning the ducts and dryer vent at our house. He explained the whole process and then did the work in a very professional manner. We will definitely use the company again and hope Brian is our technician.
Another great review from me. Technician Brian was great. Very happy with the ductwork cleaning and professional team of KD and Brian. My dog was also greeted and petted. Very happy with the work.
Mitchell and Jason were right on time and did a very professional job of cleaning our carpet. It dried very fast and looks good, we are happy with the job.
Cody and Mitchell did a wonderful job cleaning our ductwork and carpets. They explained everything that they were doing, and were very friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend them and will use the company in the future.

They had a bit of a snafu scheduling our cleaning but made an effort to get it rescheduled as a quickly as possible. The technician was professional and made sure that everything was clean and the woodwork and moulding were not damaged by the hose. I will definitely use the company again.
Incredible job! The service rep Brian was super professional and answered all of my questions and got it all done it a timely manner. Our ducts were in rough shape and needed it desperately. I would highly recommend Americlean to anyone. They were originally booked out to July but were able to get me in mid-April! I will definitely be using them again and referring them to my past and future clients as well!
Kyle did an excellent job cleaning our HVAC ducts and vents. He explained each part of the process and was happy to answer all the questions I had. He was prompt, thorough, and had great attention to detail. I was pleased with the end result and would use Americlean again in the future.
Have used their services for duct cleaning three times over past couple years, and they did a fantastic and thorough job each time. Customer service/scheduling was easy to deal with too.
Service here was top notch. Colton was our tech for a duct cleaning and walked my husband through the whole process and was very friendly and helpful and was in and out in only 2 hours.

Colton was so pleasant to work with. He came out to clean the ducts for my dryer. When he got here he told me how quick the process would be and it was quick! He assured me there were not any blockages or anything to worry about and now I have ease of mind when doing laundry. Colton also answered a few other questions I had about additional services and things I should keep in mind. Very happy with this service! If only everyone was so sweet!
We were very pleased with the service we received from Americlean. Brian was very thorough and explained what he was going to do to clean our vents before starting so we understood the process. He was professional and very nice. We highly recommend Americlean!
