The tech was very friendly and diagnosed the refrigerator problem as simply a random defrosting error. He defrosted it and I paid him $93. Food is still spoiling in the top and freezing in the drawers. I need it fixed, please.

TMI responded quickly and professionally to a leaking faucet under the kitchen sink. The technician replaced my faucet on the spot! The work was priced prior to starting so I knew exactly what it would cost. Great work and no hidden fees.
Service was prompt, effective, efficient and courteous. Water heater was repaired and returned to service by the service technician who clearly knew his job, our equipment and how to remedy our problem.
I would not hesitate to recommend TMI, and specifically Josh to complete any plumbing needs you have. He was beyond knowledgeable, respectful, and courteous. He took the time to explain what he was going to do, completed the job and left the job sight clean and orderly. He exceeded my expectations on customer service. Getting an appointment was FAST also.
Personally wish $89 service fee could go towards finished cost if customer chooses to go with your company.

TMI was very responsive to our plight when our washing machine broke down. They were there the next day and repaired it within 30 minutes. Great Service!
Mike, of TMI did a great job with some plumbing issues we had. We’ve found TMI to consistently be professional, dependable, gets the job done but pricey.
Mom and dad were very happy with the service Blake gave. He was very courteous, very professional, and most importantly, very thorough in his repair. I wasn’t able to stick around, but Blake kept me in the loop by texting pictures of the flange repair before he set the toilet. Blake was a good ambassador for TMI and we would definitely refer anyone who needs plumbing repairs.

They were amazing and was at my house in within a couple hours.
Although our a/c unit is only 8 years old and they’ve had to come out twice since installation they have been very fair and reasonable to work with me to figure out the problem.
Fast and friendly absolutely never have a problem with them. They talk to me about what’s going on before I make the decision if I want him to come over or wait till another day and sometimes even give me advice of the phone to try.
