James was fantastic. Great personality and eased my stress. He was professional and found the issue with my ac unit quickly and serviced the problem after explaining the issue. He also did not push services down my throat but informed me of things to look out for in the future and cost estimates that were helpful. I would def recommend A Perfect Climate for AC service and ask for James!
Capacitor was barely working and this was the only company that could fit us in. Gavin was friendly, explained everything to me, and replaced the capacitor quickly. They'll be the ones we call if we're in a bind again.
I can’t add a second review, so I’ll just add to my first review! There is a reason I’m a repeat customer. The way these folks run their business based off of character, compassion, and community is the reason I have them programmed in my phone. I will always call A Perfect Climate for my HVAC needs. And tech Logan is awesome! Very knowledgeable and professional!! Sean just left and it’s already feeling better in here! I can’t recommend this company enough! Fast, friendly, and efficient don’t even begin to cut it! Thank you Sean, Ellen, and the entire A Perfect Climate team for making this summer heat bearable! I can’t say thank you enough!
Mike did a great job and was very affordable. Tbh I was initially a bit irritated with being over an hour late and that I had to call to get an update on arrival. That being said , the service was very good and I was very happy with the result. Edit: (June 12, 5:35PM) Staff took great effort to reach out to me after this review and we realized there was a bit of a mis-fire on communication. Please know, I was very impressed with the quality of their work and will certainly use them again in the future!
Had thermostat issue, fixed within 24 hours which included working around our busy schedule on a Saturday. Top notch company run by top notch individuals who care about getting it right!
We wanted to post a shout out for A Perfect Climate Heating & Cooling. (Owner: Sean Bryk) We have used this company for nearly 10 years now and they have always been great. In the past they have installed both AC and furnace, gave us great prices, great service, honored their warranties on the one occasion we had a problem, and respected the precautions we ask them to take for my wife's allergies. We just recently had some AC work done by Logan (Seans son) and they were great again as always.
Our air-conditioner was making an unusual noise. I scheduled a next day appointment. The Technician was on time and very pleasant. He quickly identified the issue and fixed it. He showed me what I could do to prevent the problem in the future. 5 stars.
James came late in the day (6:30pm) on a Friday to recharge our AC. It’s 91F today, so it’s great that he put in the extra effort late in his day to make sure we can stay cool through the weekend. He was fast, friendly and efficient.

We were told about your company through a friend. We have reached out to you all for service and/or repair on our system several times. Most recently at 8pm on a very hot evening. You sent someone out immediately to get us up and operational again. Your employee arrived as promised, very professional, identified what the problem was and repaired it within an hour of arrival. Knowledgeable and helpful. Seemed legitimately concerned and wanted to solve our heating issues. Six months later a new season so maintenance for the AC and still the same good quality. The boss is coming to look into our airflow issues.
