Honestly if you are using anyone else you are overpaying and waiting an extra length of time. Professional and helpful and one of the few issues with a new to me house that was solved and done in a great timeframe. Will use his services again without question.

I decided to contact a local when I first moved to Spencer, and this is the business I reached out to. The owner came to my home, and believed that he should cut a new duct from my wood floor. Wrong....if he had fixed the thermostat problem, my wood floors would still be intact. I was never offered an apology, let alone a "fix it." I was still obligated to pay when I should have contested. I would never recommend this individual.
