Reached out for a quote on a new AC unit at first. The guy who came was on time, talked my husband and I through the process of having a new AC unit installed. He also answered any questions that we had. After getting the free quote, we found that the price was the best around. We decided to take the offer and after a week we now have central air. As for the guys who were in charge of installation, they were great too! The whole process from start to finish was exceptional.

I work for a local charity, and we had grant money to assist homeowners whose homes were damaged or flooded by severe weather. Mason's did multiple jobs for our clients, including a new boiler, at least two furnaces, and inspections. They were always professional and great to work with. One of our clients was anxious about the transition from oil to gas heat, and they made home visits and talked to her on the phone multiple times to give her peace of mind even after the job was paid. Felix took the time to explain his assessment to another client who was worried her furnace would give out after being involved in a flood. We relied on his expertise, and he could have easily sold us a new furnace. Still he was honest and fair and explained that all that was needed was a new thermostat. Hope is always a joy to talk to on the phone, and it was a pleasure doing business with her as well. A professional, family business with integrity!

I waited all day for an appointment that was set for 8 am. Called multiple times and spoke with a receptionist who seemed uninterested in my concern & complaint. The technician arrived after 3 pm and was unable to do the job due to medical reasons and was lacking additional staff to assist. He told me he could return to complete the work the next morning. I cleared another day of my schedule just to have him call and tell me he could not come that day. I called the office three times in one day trying to get another tech to come complete the job. My calls were never returned and no one seemed concerned that my appointment was never honored. I was shocked after 10 years + of positive experiences with Mason's to experience such lack of professionalism and lack of regard for a customer....not even a "I am sorry." I gave two stars because I had past positive experiences but after this last interaction I will not be back.

Felix was a nice guy on the phone. But charged me a $130 service call fee. When I told him my friend used him last week and the service call was about half that, he said he charges more for Granger. Was not very up front,felt like I got ripped off. Get someone else, I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
