Fast reliable quality repairs.
I had renters let me know that the AC wasn’t working, I & M made time in their very busy schedule to come take care of it for me. They stayed until almost 8 pm working on it to make sure it would work properly for my Renters. I am very appreciative of their service and quick response!

I have used I&M for several of my issues! 1) They have replaced a water heater, 2) repaired my ac (after another contractor told me it had to be replaced and was going to cost me $8k-$10k) 3) replaced an ancient furnace in a small home that we purchased at a reasonable price. They also work with my home warranty group who is amazing as well!! I&M will forever be at the top of my contact list!!

Jeff installed a new water heater and removed the old one that was leaking. He came on Friday to check out the old one and installed the new one on Saturday. He was very personable and provided great service.
Jeff was trustworthy, professional, punctual, and quick. He responded over the weekend for a check of our water heater and replaced it by monday. It was 17 years old!He gave pointers for maintaining the parts and hauled away our old unit. Thank you!
Jeff & company were amazing to work with during this process. Very kind, understanding and flexible with my busy schedule. Explains whole process and answered all of my many questions ! Tear out and install were done quickly and I was able to enjoy my new A/C when the worst heat of the year hit. Thank you ! Highly recommend this company and I will be using them again in the future.

Well do to a heat wave and a storm last night that knocked out our furnace fan. I was forced to call the number that was left on the furnace. A guy picked up did not give me a name or introduction at all. I had to ask if this was I & M. He said "YES!" I said "Okay?" " so I have an issue with the fan on the furnace" He said " Well not in the office and do not have the schedule in front of me to figure out time to come out" I said "okay?" Then he proceeded to tell me it is at 5:40am. I am sorry but in an emergency cases like this someone from that company needs to take on the responsibility to answer the phone or at least have it on voice mail to take a off schedule calls. I am a go getter I get up early to get my job done as a husband and a business man. Luckily for me I am also a do it myself if I do not get the answer I like. I got my own fan working with in a 30 min. Window after phone call with the guy from I & M. I have a home warranty so I know at some point I will need to deal with this company again. Very unprofessional. Made my teeth grind hear this and even writting what happened. Not like a person giving bad reviews, but do not like how it was handled and feel bad for those who has delt with them in the past.
We have used I&M 4 times in the past 15 years. Jeff the tech has always been curt and dismissive. The last time we used him he was demeaning and insulting - to the point we didn't feel safe having him in our home. I don't know what his problem is but he seems to carry a huge chip on his shoulder. Additionally he charges a premium cost for very average service. For these reasons we won't use him again.
I've used I&M for 25 years for various needs and recently when my furnace was showing signs of failing I called I&M. They recommend a new model and able to schedule installation within days. I am completely satisfied and impressed with their responsiveness and dedication to quality. Highly recommended.
Jeff was super friendly and professional. He saved me a lot of money by repairing my old furnace instead of selling me a new furnace. He’s very knowledgeable when it comes to this stuff. Thank you Jeff!

Jeff, the owner, came out the same day that I contacted him to trouble shoot why my mother's gas fireplace would not stay on. Jeff fixed our furnace blower in one day after being contacted by the home warranty company on a night near zero degrees. However, we really needed a new furnace. He help clarify some issues with the warranty people and he installed the new furnace in half of a day. He will install the new AC in March.
Jeff diagnosed the problem with my furnace quickly and efficiently to restore heat, He handled the approval process with the warranty company to obtain the right parts. He even fixed the humidifier.
Got wonderful service from this company when my furnace needed repaired right before Christmas. The technician communicated beautifully with me about when he would be able to come out, arrived in a Santa hat, and was professional/polite/efficient. 🎅🏻🎄
Jeff fit me in his already busy schedule because he knew I didn't have heat on a very cold day. He responded quickly and was very professional. He is very knowledgeable about his work. I had heat again very quickly! I will definitely call him again!
