Gentleman on the phone was very rude and unhelpful from South Bend. He refused to look up a part and said I have to contact the Joliet store. Unfortunately when the phone call doesn't get picked up, it rolls over. Too bad this man doesn't feel it necessary to assist a customer from a HVAC company.
