Goff did a great job installing my central air unit and fixing my existing furnace, they were quick and professional ! Joe did a great job explaining the process to me and got me scheduled quickly! Really appreciate the great work of this company. Would highly recommend.
Service technician Don was amazing, he explained everything clearly and the prices where much lower than other H&C companies around. Bonus he was great with my pets and child!!! I would highly recommend this company and technician Don!

Don was professional, knowledgeable, and prompt. Had an issue with our ductless on a holiday and he came right out, provided an update, made sure it was all good, and even had booties when he went inside. Went above and beyond and really grateful we found them and Don. Will definitely use them again!

Charles was extremely professional and thorough. He was friendly, pleasant, and went out of his way to explain the problem and options. We've been using Goff since moving here 26 years ago, and have found this service to be true of all the people we've worked with - sales, service, and over the phone. Both of our children own homes and also use Goff.

Last year our AC unit at the shop was acting funny so I had Goff come out and service it. They were able to get it going again in no time, but let me know that it was on its last legs. Instead of pressuring me into buying a unit they walked me through the different scenarios and told me that we had about a year left tops on the unit. Lo and behold, with the temperatures we have been having, our unit decided to start acting up again and had worsened. Shane came out and did a great job of servicing it and letting me know how I could extend the life a little longer, but also advised that it was in fact time for a new unit. Knowing this was probably going to be the case, I contacted the office and Joe R was over the same afternoon to get me a quote. Both Shane and Joe were very professional and knowledgeable. Joe was able to get me setup with the proper size unit (the old one was too big) and setup install for the next day!! We will continue to use Goff for all of our heating and cooling needs!!
Very professional with excellent customer service. When I called the office, I actually spoke to a very pleasant person and not a recording. She was able to make sure to schedule my service at a time that way convenient for me. I also appreciated the call ahead to say the technician is on their way. The technician was polite, knowledgeable, and very helpful answering all of my questions.

Emergency call for AC not working, was a bad capacitor. Easy fix, very professional.
I had Home Comfort Experts and two other HVAC companies out and Goff was the best price by thousands of dollars. The worked clean, they installed both the furnace and AC in two days, and I’ve had zero issues. The salesperson was very helpful, not pushy, and provided me with enough information to make the best decision. Home Comfort Experts was the opposite.
Very good service! He figured out the problem, and had the part in his vehicle to fix it.
