Unreliable, generally confused, never actually accomplished anything over the course of several weeks despite constantly calling this a "one day job". He constantly gives excuses and refuses to comunicate. It was very frustrating coming home so many times to find out nothing had been accomplished with 0 communication, and then when I called he always blamed his partner. Who is in charge? I see other people have had positive experiences, but I can't recommend him *edit - on second thought he did accomplish three things: -he installed some random spout on to our tub, even though I had a box with everything he needed sitting in the tub for when he got here -he "lost" the spout and handle kit I left out for him (he put it in his truck, mixed in a bunch of random parts, and literally had no memory of doing it. I had to dig through his truck to find it.) -he caused a small flood in my house damaging some laminate flooring while trying to use a broken valve that I had hired him to replace (because it leaked water when used which I told him)
Unreliable, did not keep appointment times he gave me. Call and cancel after tellin me his confirm time to be at my home.
Very honest and reasonable prices! Highly recommend
