I was told by other heating/cooling company I will be needing to replace my AC/heater unit due to freon leak that is unfixable. I Called Mitch Craig for 2nd opinion, after just 30mins they send 2 people Clayton and Cameron two rock stars ran a diagnostic test turns out my unit is totally fine. They even showed me all the numbers and explained it well. This company earned me as a customer for life. Also, Mitch Craig is servicing all our office location and they’re awesome! I will recommend them to my family, friends all our employees. I highly recommend Mitch Craig! Hands down!!
Mitch Craig HVAC arrived at my very hot home within 3 hours after my call for assistance! Clayton was courteous, efficient, and best of all fixed my problem. I have signed up for the maintenance plan to be more proactive. Will recommend this company to others.
We have a contract with another heating and air company, who we called to come fix our unit. They tried to tell us we needed an entirely new unit and wanted us to pay thousands of dollars. Luckily, we called Mitch Craig for a second opinion. They responded in less than an hour and found the issue. Our service tech, Clayton, was able to save us a lot of money and explained everything that was going on, leaving us feeling much better about the situation. We will definitely be calling Mitch Craig from here on out!
Definitely an all in one company!! And by that I mean dependable, honest, friendly, clean, professional and most of all trustworthy!! I will always recommend this company!! They were at the house with in an hour of calling, took care of what NEEDED to be done!! I wish I could give them a 10 star!!! Very happy!!!

FIVE STARS AREN'T ENOUGH!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mitch Craig HVAC! Our mini split unit wasn’t performing well and they sent a rockstar technician to straighten us back out! Clayton is the phenomenal technician that put us back on track. He was on time, courteous, personable, knowledgeable, skilled, and thorough! His attention to detail was stellar and he taught me more about the inner workings of my unit than I’d ever thought I’d know in my life. I will continue to use Mitch Craig for my HVAC needs and will recommend the to anyone who needs service.

Jeremy was much appreciated today. The last 2 days our A/C wasn't working quite right, but wasn't completely failing just yet. I will be going in for surgery tomorrow and wanted to make sure I was going to have A/C when I get out on Wednesday. He was so gracious to respond to our call on a Sunday -- Mother's Day no less! He was able to get our system up and working in just a couple of hours. Much thanks to Mitch Craig HVAC and Jeremy. And thanks to Jeremy's family for sacrificing their time together to help us out.
Great customer service and expedient repair. Had a tenant notify us of loss of heat and within the next 2hrs they were back up and running. Mike was very friendly and answered all my questions. He also made the process simple. Highly recommended.

Furnace went out during the winter, and I called Mitch Craig to come out and inspect my furnace. They were there that same day within the hour. They did an inspection and gave me several options. I decided to have a new furnace and AC installed. Price was very reasonable and they were there later that week to install. They were efficient, professional, and did an outstanding job. Would highly recommend going with Mitch Craig for any HVAC needs.

Great people to work with! Recent install of new units I could not be happier about lge bill with a/c working. When using heat I had an issue arise due to poor vent plumbing in house. After contacting them they came out same day and repaired issue. I have used other companies before but will now only call Mitch Craig for service in future.
We were in the market for a new heating and cooling system. Mitch Craig was recommended to us from a trusted friend. We are so glad we made that call. The tech that evaluated our system answered all our questions and concerns. His recommendations were exactly what we needed for a more efficient unit, ours was over 18 yrs old. Hands down, the best HVAC experience I've ever had. I had a mini split HVAC system installed, the cost was competitive, the Technicians were on time, responsive and knowledgeable in their work. I will absolutely be sending ALL of my HVAC work to this company because of the experience I had with this project.
