They did a wonderful job on the installation on both the furnace and air conditioner systems. Price was outstanding. I got quotes from a couple of other companies. Kirby was by far the best. I highly recommend them to anyone who’s interested in a good heating and air company. Thanks

I can't say enough good things about these guys. They installed new A/C and furnace in 2020. No gimmicks, subscriptions or upselling. Just told me what I needed. Scheduled a day and everything installed in a very courteous and professional manner. I completely trust what they are telling me. Have had them out for maintenance with no issues (other competitors have slapped a sticker on and didn't even clean the A/C). Had a similar experience in Feb 2023 with my water heater. I knew I needed a new one and the estimator was very courteous and gave me the option of tank or tankless. I had already voiced concerns about a tankless, but he provided both quotes and called me later to say he wanted me to talk with his technician. He truly believed tankless was the right choice in my case (even though it was the lower estimate). The technician called me late on a Friday and talked with me for a good 20 minutes and walked me through my concerns. I ended up choosing tankless and so far have no issues. These guys are the real deal. Watching them haul the old 80 gal water heater up the basement steps was worth every penny. Side bonus: while installing the water heater I mentioned that my house either didn't have a water shut off valve, or it got drywalled over. They installed one for me!

Called in the morning. Got a call right back. Came early afternoon and found the problem right away. Thought they were going to have to order the new motor but called back within a hour and found the parts. Came right back and fixed it in no time. Informative, knowledgeable and personable with a reasonable price. Grateful that my friend referred this company to me.
I called to see if I could have someone come out for a quick service call. I was hoping within a week or so. They were able to provide amazing service Within hours. I appreciated their work ethic.

I found this company on our neighborhood blog cause of their great reviews. they came out same day, was prompt and very honest and professional. Tom who was the technician was honest and didn’t try to sell me anything . I’m so thankful I found this great family owned business who cares about people and their customers. I highly recommend
Blower motor failed on one of the coldest days of the year, 12/24/22. I have a multi-year agreement with another provider for maintenance. That provider would not commit to coming out for 3 days until after the holidays. Kirby came out Christmas morning. Confirmed it was the blower motor and it was not going to be available until Tuesday. Robert came out on Tuesday and installed the new blower motor and I switched my maintenance contracts to Kirby.
I was very impressed with the quality and service provided by Kirby Heat and AIR. They were there on time and did a nice job on the installation. They offered different options for the system and didn't pressure the sale.The clean up after was good also.
I have used Kirby for years now and I have been very satisfied with their work and professionalism every time. I highly recommend them!
