Have used them a number of times, normally small stuff. Professional and come out as quickly as possible. Very knowledgeable and dont try to sell or fix stuff that doesnt need to be.
Outstanding service for my families central AC unit. For years we have been having AC techs come out to our home and clean and refill the central AC unit every summer. Our house barely stayed cool over the long summer months and ran all the time (day and night). After having an insane electric bill for 4 months last year we decided to give House of Service a try since they were a local Heating and Air company. Not only did the tech clean our system and make sure it was running properly. He identified a problem in our blower unit that had been causing issues for years - condensation from exposed pipes. He fixed the problem with condensation by covering and sealing up our pipes in our blower unit and now my central air unit is working better than it has for the past 10 years. Great service, honest and very knowledgeable service techs make this a great company to fix any HVAC problem. My family and friends will defiantly be coming back.
Excellent service, very prompt resolved my problem with my AC unit and the charges were fair and reasonable.
My first experience with House of Service was while living with my mother and now I use him since we bought a house. I would highly, highly recommend them to anyone. Roger is probably the most honest HVAC person you will ever meet. He will NEVER try to sell you something you don't need and if there is something small, he will tell you what you can do to fix it. I had a water leak and it turned out to be a condensation pump. Roger said he could do it or I could run to Menards and buy one and showed me what to do. You don't find too many people as honest as Roger and House of Service.
Extremely impressed and I will be doing business with this company from hear on out. Saved me several thousand dollars from bad advice of another service tech from another company. Quick, no BS just the facts. Thank you House of service.
Roger does such a great job with his service and commitment to his customers. I would highly recommend getting the yearly service contract with them. We have been very pleased with the way they do business. Can't go wrong with House of Service!
