During a recent storm we lost our AC unit and Nick with A+ Derr was quick to help. He and Jake were great to work with as we decided what replacement we wanted to make. They were thorough in giving us our options. We never felt pressured to make a decision quickly. They allowed us the time to review our options. Installation was done quickly and we definitely would recommend A* Derr. I also want to say they cleaned everything up wonderfully. All he employees we dealt with were friendly and professional!

We have used A+ Derr since we moved to Indiana which has been 15yrs now. We truly like the services they offer, all the ones that have been to our home 🏡 have been very pleasant people 😀. I would suggest them to anyone!!!

Had a little issue with getting a call back at first, but once they actually came out to the house Shawn was amazing! He was fast, informative, and very kind. He was even nice to my cat :). Couldn’t have asked for better service.

I called A+derr on Tuesday and they were able to make it the next day. Earlier than planned to in the beginning. Ryan was GREAT. He told me things I suspected and somethings I didn't. When we are ready to get a new unit I will definitely have A+derr put it in. Thank you Ryan and A+derr.

Kevin came out to take a look at our system for us we've actually got the name of the company off of the system as it had been under maintenance contract before we bought the house can't say enough how well he did his job quickly he was concise there was no waste of time and covered everything you needed to have the system up and running and haven't been in and out of the service industry in my lifetime I know the difference between a good service and a bad service on a whole another level I've been on both sides of that for corn and the company sent him and he represented the company very very well highly recommend this company for your work highly recommend Kevin was doing that work good ethics quality work not trying to gouge me for everything that they could happily signed up for maintenance contract and in light of the efforts they made today and the efforts that they're going to make over the year I would have another person to do the same thanks We Appreciate You A
Rather sell a new units then then service older ones was told to let it blow up and get a window unit! new unit inside and out $7800 is what they recommend cancelling My service contact
