Richie was awesome! We woke up to some issues with our furnace. He came out to the house same day, within an hour actually. Very knowledgeable. He was able to talk with us and answer our questions. AC quit working called All Star Heating and Cooling. Richie was very responsive and gave us an estimate to turn into our Honeowners Insurance. Once approved we contacted him and he was out the next day to install our new AC unit. Very professional, responsive and quick turn around time.
Our AC unit was hit by lightning Sunday we contacted All Star Heating and Cooling. Richie was super responsive and out right away to look at our unit and give us an estimate to turn into our Homeowners insurance. Our claim was approved quickly and he was right back out to install our new unit. Very professional service, very responsive and a quick turn around time. All Star will always be our HVAC go to.

Richie is the BEST!! I had another company say they performed work, but my system would keep needing help again every time they were at my house. Richie came out and performed the same task and didn't need help again. It's been over a year and it's still working. Recommend to everyone!!

Richie has serviced our HVAC twice. He's very professional, works fast and most of all honest. We know we can count on him to get the job done right.
We ABSOLUTELY LOVE Richie Bowen, the owner of All Star Heating & Cooling. We first called All Star in 2007 after being swindled by another local HVAC company. They had told us that we needed a new system. We found out later that our unit had been overcharged (too much freon) by the previous company. We were happy to hear we didn't need a new system. We've used All Star to maintain our system ever since that time. He comes twice a year to check and service our system and has kept our system running way beyond it's expected lifespan. Finally in 2020 we decided to replace our 24 year old system with a more efficient one and of course we would trust no one else but Richie to install it. We have been very happy with our new system. It has a much more powerful fan and now we finally can get our upstairs cooled in the summer. I highly recommend All Star Heating & Cooling. The owner is kind, courteous and very professional. We always feel that he gives us quality work at a fair price. He never tries to talk us into something we don't need. We're quick to share his number with a friend who needs an HVAC technician. You won't be sorry if you call him.
Richie recommend a Mitsubishi ductless heat and a/c system on our sun porch. Best thing we ever did. Unit is very quite and very efficient. We hardly even notice a difference in our light bill. Richie was on time and clean up after himself when he was done. He was really picky on installation and the way it looked too. I would highly recommend All Star Heating and Cooling...👍

Richie was very professional! He gave me a great deal on a brand new HVAC system and did all the work inside and out. I would recommend All Star heating and cooling to anyone who needed any work done or installation of new items. Richie is very honest as well. As an old neighbor and friend, he kept my old air conditioner and heat running. When I didn’t have the budget to get the HVAC system, he figured out ways for me to make the system I had to go a little longer. I definitely recommend him and will always use all-star heating and cooling for any future maintenance
