Professional, responsive and on-time. I don't like the $99.00 service fee that doesn't get counted towards repairs though. I think if repairs are made that $99.00 should be somehow credited for time or repair work. Nice company and nice technicians and office staff.
Tyler's will be my 'go-to' from now on. During our crazy June weather, I noticed my furnace wasn't working...and then my A/C wouldn't run either. I did not want to be price gauged on the visit alone and indicated I wasn't in a hurry to make that point. It didn't matter, the price was the price for a next day visit and it was MUCH less than the competitor. The team arrived ahead of schedule which worked out for me - they checked to make sure it was ok beforehand. Eric and the apprentice were SUPER polite and friendly and knowledgeable and efficient...I could go on and on! They were able to diagnose and resolve the issue that day. The pricing was very fair. As I mentioned, I will call Tyler's first from now on.

Had our A/C yearly service done and he was very thorough and everything was perfect.
I had Tyler's bid a job for one of our church campuses. They replaced 12 units (furnaces and a/c units) and added a splits system. Upon our first walk thru they found a return duct issue that we had, that was causing long heat/cool times and inefficiency. Six a/c units were on the roof, and we had them move them to ground level. They completed this job in 10 working days (kept to their time estimate) I would highly recommend Tyler's to anybody. It is hard to find contractors, you can trust. I trust Tyler's. I had a routine maintenance appointment yesterday on my A/C. Dusty was the technician who came to my home. I was so completely impressed with how he answered all my questions but also he was very thorough and meticulous while cleaning my A/C unit. This young man possesses a super good work ethic which is not seen very often these days. Tyler Heating and Cooling should be proud to have him as a great employee ! He represents your company quite well. Oh and he even rescued a large bull frog that was hiding inside the AC unit and I asked Dusty to release him into my flower bed. He did just that! Thank you so much.
I have been with Tyler's for several years now after my other HAVC of 40 years decided to retire and recommended Tylers. They have done my yearly checkup/cleaning and have always been on time and done a great job. Also Like that I most often get the same technician, Dusty.
Great experience. They got me on the schedule three days from the date of the call for servicing to HVAC. Technician came back same day and fixed a minor problem which occurred after the line was flushed, no charge.
This past winter our furnace went out during a blizzard. We had signed up for their yearly furnace/AC maintenance check-ups, so when one of their techs, Dakota, came over (within an hour or so), the cost was discounted) our furnace was up and going in no time. Then just earlier this month, we scheduled our AC unit for inspection and maintenance. It so happened that the same Techician who had come over during the blizzard, Dakota, came over and cleaned and checked out our AC unit. Again, he was very professional in all his dealings with us and answered all our questions. We would recommend Tyler’s to anyone needing maintenance/service on their furnace or AC.

Matt was amazing. He is a perfectionist. He spent almost an hour and. a half. maintaining my air conditioner and making sure it was in sync with my furnace.

He came in and introduced himself. My boss took him upstairs to the furnace/coil area and he went to work to try and find out why the ac wasn't working. He went outside found the problem and fixed it. He didn't waste any time getting here and doing the job. Thank you for the great service.
Excellent service! Very responsive and professional. I've had them replace my furnace and ac unit at my 1st house. I just had them come out and troubleshoot my ac unit at my other house. Now, I have them handling my maintenance for my furnace and ac. Would highly recommend.
This company is awesome! Our nearly 20 year old AC unit went out Memorial Day weekend 2023, I called and left a voicemail, Tuesday morning I was called back first thing in the morning. She had a technician come out within two hours. Mike Sailor was professional, honest, clean, and very knowledgeable. I knew going into this I already wanted a new unit. ( We dumped $700 into it last summer different company) Mike gave us some options and within minutes I was financially approved for a heck of a deal on plan for a new unit. They got us scheduled for installation at Noon the next day, the tech Andy Brooke was about two hours early to start the process which I appreciated greatly (we had told them we would be here all day). They brought cloth to line a path through the house, one guy even took his work boots off to keep it clean, they cleaned everything up, no mess left behind and completely stayed out of our way. The company sends text messages when they are on the way out with pictures and descriptions of the techs which I thought was a really cool safety feature. Highly recommended you won’t be disappointed double thumbs up!

This was the first time I had the opportunity to use Tylers. Dusty, the technician arrived on schedule and was very personable and polite. He was here to perform preventatve maintenance on our A/C. Dusty was very thorough and expeditious and answered all my questions. Very happy with our first experience with Tyler's!
