Make sure you get a second opinion on everything they tell you. I was promised a 2500 accessory was going to fix my issues, dishes out the money to get in installed with no change. Now my family is suffering in 90 degree humid weather waiting on a part that should of never been needed had they told the truth.
I cannot say enough good things about this company and Jordan in particular. He was great but everyone I have dealt with was professional, courteous, knowledgeable. They did the job professionally, correctly and in a timely manner. I highly recommend.

Nathan arrived on time and was very professional throughout his time in our home. Because of the age of our furnace, we actually had to purchase a new HVAC system. I would like to receive a receipt for the monthly Home Comfort Club charge that is put on my credit card every month. Is there a way that I could get one in the future.
Tanner Lenox completed out A/C check up today and was efficient, pleasant and very nice to work with. Couldn’t ask for a better technician. Great service only issue was that I had to clean up the waste water on my floors and walls after they removed the pump. Guys were nice and pleasant.
The technician was terrible, guessed diagnosis to make me buy another AC unit
To start with, I will say all technicians I’ve worked with have been friendly. However, I called today because my A/C isn’t working. I just had their routine maintenance and A/C check one month ago and tech said it was all working great. Now all the sudden the fan isn’t blowing any air inside, which is concerning since the last person to mess with it is their tech. I was told since I didn’t renew my membership with them they were unconcerned and they could get a tech out for an assessment for $189. I would definitely suggest ppl not sign up for their membership if this is how they stand behind their heating and air assessments… so glad I paid to have someone come and mess with my system and it went from working really great to broken in 1 month when it hasn’t been on. Next company I called said they could get a tech out for $99.
