Brian has been doing our heating service and repair. He is very professional, responsive and efficient repair. He diagnoses fast as well, recommends other parts that may falter in the near future, so he replaces them which could avoid a shut down typical stuff in heating systems that get the wear and tear. Thanks Brian! He repaired our water heater too.
This was a great experience. I wasn't sure how it would go in the middle of winter, but we needed it done to help our allergies, so I decided to give it a try. We were very pleased! They arrived on time, communicated well and were professional. They kept the house as warm as possible and did a thorough job. They gave us tips to help with the house and generally seemed to care. We will definitely use them again.
We realized our furnace stopped working in the evening and called Good Neighbor. They were very friendly and helpful. They came out the next day and got our furnace up and running very quickly. The technicians were very thorough in explaining the issue and did a great job! Now we have HEAT!

I have used Good Neighbor Heating and cooling 2 times now. Soon to be a third at another location. They are amazing every time. Very professional, and friendly and always try to save me money when possible. I will definitely call them any time I have a heating or cooling issue. I highly recommend you do too! 🙂
Very friendly, knowledgeable and no pressure. We need a new central air and furnace system. He came out and gave us all our options. Priority service, great customer care. We would recommend them to anyone.
My blower wasn’t working and would over heat n shutdown. This lil compressor looked a little fried but read within range and was assured not the issue. For $955 to replace my fan motor. And not even offering to take off the 129 service call off that 955$ bill. I called around and found a replacement compressor for 20$ brought it home and My Fan Kicked on ! I will never call The Good Neighbor again. Feel very taken advantage of.
Furnace stopped working again for the 2nd time in 4 years. Called good neighbor who installed furnace they charged me 516 dollars to change a 9 dollar part that took about 20 min to change when called them out on It i was told I was stupid and don't know anything. Told them they were stealing from people the owner told me not to call them and he hoped my house burned down. Over priced and No itemization on billings give u a number and want u to pay with out question.
This business is great! They were responsive to the need for service, and prompt in scheduling service. Brian arrived on time, was knowledgeable, respectful, and professional. Yes, I strongly recommend A Good Neighbor Heating and Cooling. I will definitely call them again for maintenance and service.
Said they would be at our home at 8 am,showed up at 330,charged 465$ to replace a sensor in the furnace,took 20 mins,not happy! When my bf came in to try to talk about this as they asked us to,the people there( one of which was the repairman that came to our house) we were told there was no one to talk to,they would call us when a manager came in,well that was a week ago,no phone call...
Responded ASAP when called and sent an experienced tech after explaining we had a very old furnace and hoped not to replace it but instead repair it. Bryan was able to find the issue and replace the part in about an hour saving us a big expense after being told by others it would need to be replaced with a new furnace. When that day comes I’ll be calling here again.
This company is absolutely amazing! Byron and his coworkers were very friendly, efficient, timely and knowledgeable. We learned on Saturday that we needed a new AC and furnace. It was installed and working by Wednesday. I would highly recommend this company to friends and family. If they ever make a commercial, we will be in it… no charge!
I had my AC checked and the technician talked about the Reme Halo UV light to help with allergens and cleaner air. I called to have it installed and they were able to be here later that day. All 3 of the technicians who were here were fantastic and very knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions.
Last fall,we had a new HVAC system installed in our home by Good Neighbor. We have been very pleased with the efficiency of this system. Last week, our heat quit working. Bryon Ely, a service tech for Good Neighbor, responded to our call within hours and worked tirelessly to find the cause of the problem. It turned out to be a wiring issue in the wall. Bryon completely repaired the wiring. He also checked back with us throughout the process to make sure all was well. We are so grateful that we chose Good Neighbor to install our HVAC.

Our furnace died recently (and AC hadn't worked for over a year) and we contacted them for a quote. They responded quickly and gave us multiple options. We decided to use them and they arranged the work promptly. They replaced furnace, AC, installed a new thermostat, and repaired some ductwork. The team completed the work in two days, were very professional, kept my house clean, explained everything they were doing and were just excellent all around. They will be back in the spring to charge the AC unit as it's too cold to do it now, but we are very happy with this work.
Very easy to work with...very professional and knowledgeable. Offers very quick service and cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend. UPDATE: Jody thoroughly inspected our furnace and didn't leave any part unchecked. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and had a strong concern about keeping our house clean. I still highly recommend.
