Very pleased great people!
Technician Brandon Ellis showed up today to service. My air-conditioning won an outstanding young man. Great technician so friendly a credit to this company but I’ve been using this company for over 12 years and this is all I’ve ever experienced. Just outstanding service. They deserve five stars. they’re great to do business with.

James Woolery has come out several times to follow up on a new furnace they installed recently. He's the best!!
I just had new system installed by them and I have to tell you they are top notch. From the minute the install crew showed up, they were very professional and friendly. They took the time needed to make sure everything was running properly before they left. And as a bonus they even took the time to play with my two dogs that love new people. That is a big bonus for us! I highly recommended this company as they treat you like family.
I have been a customer of Hoosier Indoor Air for a number of years now. Each time I call they are quick to accommodate a date and time that works for my schedule. The technicians are great and always on time. You can even track where your technician is at while they are on the way. James was the most recent technician to perform my spring maintenance, and he was very informative and thorough. If you are looking for a company who does quality work, shows up on time, and offers very competitive pricing, give these guys a call.
Monte, with Hoosier Indoor Air, was superb!! He listened to my concerns, troubleshooting an issue that should have been addresses years ago by other techs. Monte's experience and professionalism is priceless!
Logan came out for a 2nd opinion after we had another company come out for bi-annual checkup. He was here several hours and was extremely thorough in trying to find the root issue. He took time to explain everything and answer all of our questions. His focus was on educating us, not selling us. He also informed us about a small carbon monoxide leak that the other company said was carbon dioxide. The cherry on top is the 2nd opinion was free.

This company has Very knowledgeable technicians that can work on Boiler systems! We tried another company to come out and diagnose the problem and their "expert" had no idea what he was looking at. Hoosier Indoor Air knew what the problem was and tried to find an obsolete part before letting me know a new system had to be installed. They didn't try to sell us on a bunch of things that would cost an arm and a leg they replaced our Boiler with a more energy efficient model that was smaller, but it worked just as well! Will definitely use them again in the future!
This is the first wintwr i had in this home. I had some questions about my furnace operation. Logan did a fantastic job testing all the components and explaining to me the results, and issues, potential issues. He was patient and thorough.he shared many helpfull insights It was well worth the service call. I will call them again for spring ac maintenance, and will certainly ask for logan.

We had a horrible blockage in our HVAC unit, that lead to a horrible leak, that we had called multiple other companies out to repair but the problem continued to happen. One day before we left for a week long vacation the problem started again. Hoosier Indoor Air, not only made the time to come help us, but did it while a family member was here so we could still be on vacation. They went above and beyond for us nd we are incredibly grateful. We have since continued to us them for maintenance on our system and are pleased with are experience. I will add that Brendan was absolutely phenomenal, and took the time to explain and teach us things we as homeowners had no clue about. Thank you!

I have had 4 different HVAC companies in my home over the last 6 years trying to find solutions to my airflow / heating issues. Without a doubt these guys are the best. They really took the time to go through everything with me and make sure the solution was the right one / solved problems I have had since I bought the house. I cannot recommend them more.
