My ac went out when I got home from work, it was 530 pm. I call and Andrew's heating and cooling and he came out that night at 7pm. He was then back the next morning installing a new ac unit and I had ac before noon. That response time and getting the job done means alot. Thank you
They do quality work for a reasonable price. Our new furnace looks and works great.
The guy Rick literally blew me off was rude I don’t think that’s very professional I don’t think that’s a wise way to generate business very disappointed please do better don’t worry I’ll find someone to do the work.
He never got back with me after looking at my my pump he blamed my son's girlfriend for getting him sick she had bronchitis if you work for the public wouldn't you take precautions to begin with I had to keep calling several times to find out if he would fix it and that's what he wanted to complain about so I called someone else I won't bother with this company again.
Excellent service, with useful explanations. Reasonable price. Kind. Could not ask for better. Put me ahead of others because of my need. I don't know if he could tell, but I turn 80 in January, and my house was freezing, and it was not going to be good for me waiting until after Thanksgiving or the following Monday as other companies around Martinsville were offering.
First time using the company. Rick came out same day and quickly fixed my problem. He was able to fix it with out replacing any parts and for a fair price. I would recommend them and will continue to use them for heating and cooling needs.

Nothing but praise here! A/C stopped working one afternoon. Called next morning, and Rick was able to come the next day. Quickly diagnosed that all freon was gone, and leak was in coil in outer unit. Rather than replacing coil and refilling with expensive old-style R22 freon, Rick recommended a new Heil outside unit. I said yes, he picked it up and installed it same day. 10 year warranty on parts! I'm now sitting in a cool house. Thanks Rick!

It's very hard to find a Heating & Cooling business that Cares about the Customers & what is Needed. They don't sell you anything that you don't need! Very Honest & Hard Working, Same Day Service if they can do it! Rick was very Professional & took care of what was needed. I'll be Sure to Call Andrews for All My H & C needs.
I have tried almost every heating and air conditioning repair service in Martinsville, Indiana and Andrews Heating and cooling is by far the best. Rick does repairs efficiently, is very responsive, and is more reasonably priced than the competition. For example, my heater stopped working recently in the winter. I called Andrews Heating as well as Galloway Beck and left a voicemail for both. Andrews Heating and Cooling had my heater fixed and up and running before I even heard back from Galloway Beck - and Rick charges less. Andrews Heating and Cooling is the only business I would use in the future for heating or air conditioning repair or installation. Thanks Rick, I appreciate your help, quick response time, and reasonable prices.
Rick is an amazing tech. He fit us into an already busy schedule, and was able to clean the filter and get our heat working. Another big company wanted to remove the coils completely (requires draining the freon) and charge an outrageous amount. Andrews Heating and Cooling is the only place we call now. Thank you Rick for your hard work and helping us get heat back.
Excellent! Rick recently replaced our old A/C system and we are very happy with his work. Our furnace went out last winter when temperatures were in single digits. Rick went above and beyond to get it going temporarily until a new induction motor could be found. A couple of years ago during 100 degree weather our A/C went out and he promptly fixed it. We appreciate his honesty and dependability.
Rick is a great guy who does excellent work. Called him on a Sunday and he was at my house within 30 minutes! Fixed a problem left by another company that we won’t be using again!
