I called to have my A/C serviced due to condensation dripping into inside of unit and onto floor. I was told the fix was replace cracked pan inside of unit a 1500.00 repair but due to my system being 13 years old replacement would be best value. After paying a small 80.00 few for this I decided to get a second opinion and was told it just needed to be cleaned and serviced inside and out. I'll never recommend this company for anything other than not to use. It was worth me paying an emergency after hours fee of 150.00 to have a professional come to my home and work on versus try to selling new system.
Jacob did a great job. Explained everything he was doing and was quick considering I was constantly talking his poor ear off. I would highly recommend. Tyler K. was very professional and explained everything. Super happy with his service.
Juan was such a nice man, very clean cut, professional, knew what he was doing and seems like the kind of guy who would be on a commercial. He worked with us on our different options. This company was very responsive with excellent customer service from the moment I first contacted them this afternoon through the final transaction with Juan.
We have had Family Heating and Cooling handle several installation and maintenance jobs in the past few months. The technicians are always a pleasure to have in our home. They are on time and always very professional.

Tyler did a great job fixing our AC right away! He identified the problem and then got us the necessary parts the same day! we would definitely recommend Tyler to anyone needing heating/cooling help!
Called for a general service call and they had a technician out to my house the same day. Communication was great with scheduling the appointment and letting me know when they were going to be there. Jake was the technician and he was awesome. Found some things that were recommended that I had done. Signed up for their service plan. Seems like a great company, and I chose them because of their positive reviews.
Juan was on time, explained what he would be doing and answered all of my questions. Fantastic job!
Jacob serviced my AC units today, & though a newer employee w/ Family, he was extremely knowledgeable polite, friendly, & efficient. Besides that, it was nice to hear an employee so complimentary of his employer & so happy & proud to be a part of the Family team. I especially appreciated his explanation including pictures re: the rust on the electrical connection (sorry, can't remember part name) as well as his opinion on the severity of the situation, & what I might need to do or NOT do in the future! Thank you, Jacob. It was so nice meeting you.

Family Air folk are extremely respectful and professional. They are also up front about what needs done. I felt that I bought and was not “sold to.” Thus far, the work is solid and clean.
Dennis moved my A/C from one side of the house to the other, and did an excellent job. He explained everything he was going to do and communicated very well to make sure we were on the same page with everything before getting started. He also cleaned up afterwards and showed me everything that was completed. I am very happy with the quality of the work and the communication as well!
I had my AC serviced today Juan did a great job. He was detailed and explained a few things to me. I have always been very pleased with this family owned business. My system is 6 years old and I have not had any trouble. A+ A I had my furnace serviced today and could not be happier. Matt was the service technician and he did a great job not only on the servicing of the furnace but also on explaining what he was doing and making some recommendations for settings on our thermostat. He was very could at explaining things and making me feel very comfortable with the questions I was asking. I continue to sing the praises of this company, Matt a technician was out again today for routine maintenance and as always he was very courteous, pleasant , and competent. I have my furnace and Air serviced twice a year and have never had a problem. with the furnace . I'm so glad I went with this family owned business and highly recommend this company.
This company went above and beyond when our ac went out and Matt the service rep was very thorough and informative and also gave us competitive pricing that was better compared to other companies we had out. Would highly recommend! Thanks again Matt for everything!
Christian C. was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. Most important a great listener. (Sorry bout that Christian) High praise for his service to the customer! Giving the best advice for the situation but allowing us to make the final decision. Keep up the good work.

The man who serviced my air conditioner was a very knowledgeable and trustworthy man . I will request him in the future .
