After buying our new house, the old hvac needed completely replaced. Absolute Comfort quoted us and worked with our renovation loan, always being upfront and very responsive. My husband and I felt confident in making the decision to choose Absolute Comfort because they went over every single detail and help us choose the best option for our needs, instead of trying to sell us more than we needed. Not only this - but the service was amazing as well. The day of installation, Josh was very communicative letting us know when they were going to be there, calling with an update and making sure it was okay to relocate the a/c, and calling at the end of the day to give us final details. Everyone was so polite and courteous. Overall, 10 star company to work with!
Jeremy came and did a wonderful job installing a new furnace and air conditioning unit. He was quick, thorough and professional. I would highly recommend Absolute Comfort to anyone needing service or installation.
This company and it's employees are friendly, knowledgeable and treat their customers with respect. We were quoted 1,600.00 with a different company to fix our heat pump system and was told we had a leak somewhere between the air or heat system. We have a fairly new system still under warranty so we decided to get a second opinion and called Absolute. So glad we did, the receptionist set the appointment for the next day and was very kind and knowledgeable herself! Ben came out and was honest with us, found no leak, got us back up and running working over on a Friday night until 9 pm. Him and his coworker explained every step they were doing while accessing the system. They gave us options and explained in great detail how the system works. We were only charged 318.00! They are amazing but these days and the economy it's all about showing up when you are scheduled to arrive and getting a fair price for what needs to be done. We appreciated both men that were here they did a fantastic job we will be passing the word about your business and signing up for your yearly plan to come back out for our routine maintenance year after year! We can not thank you enough!
Ben did the recent heat pump service. He was incredibly thorough, thoughtful and was a true professional. I appreciate his expertise. He spent a lot of time helping me determine how my HVAC could be improved. Thanks Ben for your hard work and expertise!

Absolute Comfort installed a water heater and an A/C unit in our daycare May 2022. The teams were professional, courteous and competent. This past week our water heater stopped working. We called Absolute and they were out the next morning and found the problem. It was fixed repaired quickly and professionally. We highly recommend Adsolute Comfort. Pastor Dana

He the service tech, was very informative about what was wrong with the furnace and the details to fix. He did an extra step that he didn't have to offer. The repair was done when he said it would be. I am very pleased with the whole experience.
Absolute Comfort more like Absolute Garbage. Originally had a $11k system installed in 2017. They were back out no less than 8-9 times due to incompetencies of the install. I had two requirements for the initial install of the system. I wanted to be able to properly heat/cool my bonus room and my son’s bedroom. I spent over $11k and still can not properly control my son’s room temp and was told i’d have to spend $2-3k more to get my son’s room under control and it might not actually work. Seriously? I call, get no call backs. I can only get a response on FB messenger. Chris does not have the stones to actually give you a call back to explain his out of control pricing. Spent over $3000 in repairs in 2022 (mind you it’s 5yr old system). $2000 was due to mis-diagnosed coil failure, but they kept blaming it on $2 Schrader valves (oh and you’ll need to spend $500 on a refrig refill every 2-3 months because they didn’t actually find the real problem). My electricity bill has gone up $100/month due to them taking months to fix my heat pump because I’ve had to run on emergency heat. Chris says his team is top notch but yet they fail every time they are out to your house. Buyer beware and stay away from this scam business.
Our water heater sprung a leak at 5 o’clock on a Friday night. Josh was at our house at 7:30 that night to install a new one. Service was quick and professional and the price was reasonable for after hours service on a holiday weekend. Highly recommend!
Jarret was amazing and found the source of my problem right away. I had a leaking hose coming from the humidifier. I thought it was going to be a costly water heater repair, but he was able to fix my problem for a very reasonable price. And he loved my dog. Great company, would definitely use them again.
I have used Absolute Comfort many times and I continue to use them for both HVAC and Plumbing needs. Our house was built in 1886 while I try to do a lot of DIY repairs and updates nothing in an old house is straightforward. Recently we had issues with an older toilet. We had two toilets replaced and after having them replaced cannot overstate what a relief it has been to have toilets that just work and don’t have to be checked and fixed and fiddled with. Today we had Josh back out to replace the third toilet in our house. He was on time and professional and happy to offer a consult on another issue I am having.
