Our furnace was acting up and we had Keeley come out to look at it. We already knew it was getting old and when they looked at it it was bad enough that it needed replaced.. They did a great job and worked with us on moving it from the upstairs to the basement. I would recommend them to anyone needing there system maintained, upgrading, or full replacement. David s

The Keeleys are always good about returning any communication. The job was a bit complicated, but Steve kept working it through until it was fixed. And, it is always nice not to have to pay an arm and a leg when the work is complete. They are the friendliest folks I have worked with.

Steve and the whole staff are very friendly and professional. They replaced or furnace before we sold our house and did an excellent job. Steve was great at explaining things and was even able to help my carpet installer by answering his questions able his HVAC. I have been very pleased with the service I received from Keeley Heating and Cooling. My new furnace works great and Steve even cleaned up after installing it! I also signed up for the yearly maintenance plan so I have no worries.

My old furnace was 30 years old and Steve gave me detailed quotes for several different units with varying prices. Steve does fine work. He helped us out at the American Legion Skwiat Post in Michigan City. He fixed our walk in coolers and the heating and air conditioning units for the hall. He is reliable and wants to do things the right way. He does fine work. We highly recommend!
Our project was challenging and a complicated major remodel. Keeley completed the installation in a very professional manner. We felt the pricing was fair and competitive. We would not hesitate to recommend Keeley.
We purchased a new home in 2019 and needed to have the HVAC replaced. A friend referred us to Keeley Heating and Cooling - we called Steve and within a couple days he had looked at the existing system and spec'd us a new AC and H/E Furnace based on what we needed for a comfortable home. I've dealt with other HVAC companies in the past and whenever I have had a problem they come in and replace the furnace or replace a blower motor or pump some freon into the AC unit and move on. That's NOT how Keeley works. When he was at the house to provide us with an estimate he ran the system and went room to room in order to determine exactly what we needed. Again - other companies I have worked with don't bother looking at the entire system, that's really what sets Keeley apart from others. During his walk-through he noticed that some of the original duct-work was inadequate and in some cases even incomplete. The original installer (circa 1996) hadn't blocked off the supply ducts between the basement joists so the basement air was just being circulated into the first and second story rather than the system circulating air from the entire house (as it is supposed to). Steve was able to factor this into our estimate. Steve was able to give us an estimate on the spot for a furnace, AC, and new basement duct-work. It's obvious that this guy knows his stuff because when we received his invoice it was exactly what he quoted us for the work.
