I was looking for a low threshold shower pan - Big box stores can't be bothered with something like that due to low demand. WinSupply had one IN STOCK at a very reasonable price. Saved the day for this DIY'er.

I needed a replacement part for my water heater on very short notice. They gave me a fair price on the part and I was in and out quickly. They also gave me free pizza, which was dope.

Rich Jenkins & Andy Miller are the absolute best in the business! I have shopped at all the supply houses around the city and their staff is top notch! Everyone there is knowledgeable and always very friendly. Ever have any questions about any and all types of plumbing go there and talk to the owner. He works there right along side his employees which is another reason i think very highly of this place.

I have used winsupply for 20 years atleast. They are the best traind guys behind the counter. The knowledge they share is more superior than any other place I have been to. The prices are fair, they are willing to help you 24 7 no matter what. I can go anywhere to pick up materials, but the friendly, family atmosphere is what always brings me back. Rich and his staff are the best, I am happy to call them my friends.
Absolutely fantastic! Great customer service. There was a minor problem with my order and Andy more than made up for it. My AC blows nice and cold now thanks to them selling parts to the public. (I had a difficult time finding a place that would even sell me a simple part because I'm not a business.) They not only got the part for me, sold it to me, but they made me a customer that will return if I need anything else. Good, down to earth people with a sense of humor that make buying from them fun. If you're even thinking about shopping here, do it. Stop looking now and go or call.

Wow I’m impressed...so I bought the SCALA2 grundfos pressure pump, and it started to leek after about 5 months. So I took it back up to Winsupply and no questions they replaced it. About 4 months later the same thing has happened the pressure pump has begun to leek out of the bottom of the pump.I was nervous to deal with them about this because for one the pump was 700$ and I just didn’t want to be out high and dry,and have them tell me to take it up with Grundfos. That was far from the reality of the situation. They were so nice to me, and offered to replace this one, this will be the 3rd pump, until we can come up with a better solution. Thank you Winsupply for outstanding customer service!!!!!!!
