I called when my AC went out in the 90 degree heat wave. They were super busy so I was put on a list and told they would call, most likely next day to confirm and give a window. They called the next day at 8am and had my AC running by 10am. And it was less than $150. Honestly I think they need to charge more, I really do. I would have paid $400 and been happy. Communication, expertise, and trustworthiness were all 5 stars.
We let them know what part needed repaired on our furnace. They were able to give us a fair estimate of the cost over the phone, which we appreciated. They were able to obtain the necessary part and still arrived almost two hours earlier than their initial estimate. The repairman, Jonathan, was friendly and efficient and had our heat back on within an hour. The furnace is back to running well. We also appreciated not being pressured into buying a new system, which a previous company we called had done. Impressed with their service, and will certainly be giving them our future business and recommending them to people we know who need heating/ac help.
While waiting 8 days to hear back from another company in mid conversations for my estimate, I was referred to Turk. They came out quickly. They sent an engineer to calculate the conditions to determine what size and type of furnace was needed on the day and time as promised. They sent a full crew to install the name brand furnace and outside A/C unit on the day and time as promised. They even cleaned and looked over Mom’s furnace next door after she had her toast and coffee. They also beat the price of the competitor who belatedly offered an off brand, inferior product. It’s very nice to know that there are still professional, reputable and fair companies out there.

Started using them this Winter and glad I switched to them. Both times Johnathan has been my service tech. He has been very courteous, professional and most important honest. My experience when calling the office has also been very pleasant.
First, I did use the company for years. They installed serviced my old HVAC and installed a new HVAC around 2014. They performed maintenance on my HVAC last year during a yearly check up. Now, I was told that they no longer service my area as I am too far away. I understand higher prices and more for gas, but that is just bad business. My rating only reflects the fact that they would not schedule my service and not anything related to the quality of the work already performed.
I am so thankful to have found Turk Heating and Cooling, an honest as well as knowledgeable family-owned company, to service our hvac system! I’m so impressed by the entire kind, hard-working family as well as by Eric, who is their smart, perfectionistic, honest, and amiable technician who replaced our AC evaporator coil. (I won’t name names but Indianapolis has several large companies that advertise extensively but try to fleece their customers. I had initially called one of those other big companies when our ac went out. That technician’s outrageous fee for telling me in a few minutes that I needed a new evaporator coil, the 90 degree weather, and the proposed high cost of the repair allowed their sales rep to try to strong arm me into purchasing a new ac and furnace. The salesman initially gave me two hours to make a decision. Frustrated to tears , I thankfully received a timely text from a relative who recommended Turk Heating and Cooling. Turk’s was an answer to prayer and I am telling the world about them!).

AC would not kick on, another HVAC company came out and stated it was the compressor, they couldn't get compressors and a new system would need to be purchased High Efficiency $21,000, medium $15 to $13. Turks came out and it was ONLY the thermostat! Mr. Turks was polite, professional and went above what the other Company had done. The price of a thermostat, batteries and service call came to $181.00. We will NEVER call another HVAC company again. The other company that came out was Summers HVAC. This happened 8/19/22 and the system is working great! Thank you Mr. Turks for coming out at 7 p.m. on a Friday night! Don and Pat

Turk HVAC stands behind their work and takes responsibility for the things that they should. They installed a brand new system in our home in February of 2021. By May of 2022, it was apparent that there was an issue and I called them out to check on it. The system had lost four pounds of coolant. They refilled it and only charged me for the trip, and then scheduled to come out and check for the leak. When they returned to check, they found that one of the parts they installed was leaking and they ordered the part and have now scheduled to come and replace it and refill the coolant again. They are not charging me for the repair or the coolant - they are standing behind their work and making things right when things go wrong. I will be recommending them to everyone I know that owns their own home or business.
These guys are the best in the business. They will tell you exactly what you need to hear. The biggest plus is they will give you spare AC units to keep your house cold. No other business will do this. They will hook you up right. Trust me, they are the best.
Eric D was great! He arrived on time, was very business like, explained and got the needed repair completed within my tight time frame - no need to come back! That was very much appreciated on a hot day. (He also made friends with my anxious dog.) No matter what I have needed Turk Heating and Cooling have always been a 5-star HVAC service provider.
I can say I had never heard of this company, like most people we hear of these big companies who charge crazy prices. This company is the only company in Indianapolis that charges fairly and 100 percent honest. The owner Mark, has got to be the only one I know who doesn’t have to do the job and stays awake worrying about his customers. They are all over almost every chat here in Franklin township. I would recommend them to anyone.

Furnace went out during a cold front. They came out early in the morning and were friendly and courteous. Techs communicated with on their status. They resolved the issue abd would highly recommend.
Highly recommend this company if you have any heating or cooling issues. Literally last weekend they came out within an hour of my calling them & finished the repair early the next morning once they had the right part. THEN came back out for me tonight within 45 mins of me calling them back! We are up and running and thankful ! Both techs were very nice. Michael explained everything perfectly to me this evening! I appreciate it a lot 😀
Great experience ! I called Turk to have my furnace tuned up for the year, as well as address a noisy exhaust fan. My furnace is 18 years old so I was prepared for some bad news regarding the fan. Eric showed up on time, he was polite, professional, and very informative. He helped me to locate my furnace filter, which was inside the unit, and walked me through what all he would be doing for the tune-up. When it came to the noisy exhaust fan, it turned out the bearings were loose. Instead of trying to upsell me, he explained that it wasn’t causing any issues other than the noise. He said he’d be happy to replace it but said, for the age of the furnace, it may not be worth the money. I appreciated Eric’s honesty with this and giving me an option. I was very happy with my experience with Turk and will use them for all my heating & cooling needs in the future. Thank you Eric !
Great all around first service call using Turk Heating and Cooling. Furnace would not turn on and colder weather was on the horizon. They were able to get out sooner than expected. Casey was great. He diagnosed the system, went to supply house for part, installed it and had us back up and running in under an hour. All this at a fair price. (How's that for service!) Bad circuit board on a 16year old Bryant Furnace. Thanks Casey & Turk Heating and Cooling!
