Had spring maintenance performed. They arrived on time and checked our system. They do a good job in my opinion.
Have used this business for about 15 years. They have been good to deal with from the tome we had the system put in years ago to the 2 times a year service agreement we have. Very professional and responsive when needed.
A/C unit working but not blowing cold air. Needed refrigerant. System is 18yrs old. Options explained clearly by tech (David). Got on phone with sales and had scheduled appointment for the following day. Thiele has always been to the rescue when it comes to our heating and cooling system.
Always our Heating and Air choice. Just had a maintenance visit, it was a smooth operation, from scheduling to notification of arrival time to email with receipt and breakdown of what was checked. Thanks to all involved in making this one thing I do not worry about. Just call Thiele with any heating or air question.

A great company to use. Always professional and friendly staff that are nice to work with. One of the reasons I use them for the installation of my HVAC was because their reasonable prices and prompt service.
Two technicians (Levi and Jeff) came out for maintenance and tune up of my air conditioner. They put on shoe covering before coming in to check furnace and thermostat. They were here for about an hour and a half, mostly working outside on the AC. They were meticulous and thorough. The report of the work done was given to me in an e-mail. Everything looks fine.

The employees had to come out a couple of times to fix/re-evaluate the problem and fix again. They were very kind and professional and explained what happened and what needed to be done. They had to order a part and return to fix it, but were very kind and apologetic about having to come back out. I truly appreciate their help as this was during the coldest part of the winter. Thank you for all of your hard work!
Have used Thiele ever since we bought a furnace from them years ago. The service people are consistently thorough and helpful when I have questions. We've had DJ visit us the last two times (I think that's his name!) and he is a pleasure to work with.

I called to ask about a location of a humidifier pad in the unit they installed for the previous owner of my home. The lady that answered the phone refused to tell me the location of the humidifier pad and told me that I needed to schedule a service call to find out.
